    ReplyDelete
  35. michele, just so you're not madly using a knife to cut the cheese to find a key for 10 mins. like I did... Yes! Don't listen to Danny!! Or he'll have you wasting even more time then we normally do.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Just ignore him Mey. He's the only tool i've found so far playing this game.

    And, thanks michele! ; )

    ReplyDelete

    Gotta go.
    Finish this later.
    Good luck guys!

    ReplyDelete
  45. roxi the round thing is a dvd and it shows you a picture of the moon from half to full. not sure if you have to view it before you can go on.

    ReplyDelete
  46. oh hi ruff! forgot to acknowledge you in all the comments. sorry

    ReplyDelete
  47. Thanks Mey. michele click left side of couch, you'll face forward and see two arrows on the bottom, click left on to zoom on bottom of couch and click towards the bottom of the couch.

    ReplyDelete
  48. The chart inside the green book in the first room is telling us how to set the chart on the wall. The numbers on the left of each line tell us how to set the squares.

    ReplyDelete
  49. michele, the drawer is accessible from a coffee table view, there are two. when you have the other view, you'll see two arrows. actually, i'll go back and get a better description for you

    ReplyDelete
  50. I think I'll restart. I'd hate to get almost to the end and get stuck. I hae two pieces of the grid.. one from first room, second from couch

    ReplyDelete
  51. roxi, maybe i need to get something else before can, because it's not letting me. I hope this is not like the f***gin card suits!!! remember:)

    ReplyDelete
  52. Hi all. After inserting DVD on DVD player and picture with moon appears, if you click on the right lower button (one of the three buttuns there), the video plays... the picture will enlarge and the moon slowly becames a full moon... you can clin on the "growing" part of the moon, and a red circle will appear, as if you were on a "spot the dfferences" games... hope you'll understand. Sorry for my english

    ReplyDelete
  53. @ruff duh? (very blonde moment)

    ReplyDelete
  54. michele, get close-up of coffee table then hit left cushion.

I wish danny was still around. i was taking my frustrations out on him. I should feel bad, he's probably 12.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I set the chart on the wall, a code 8001 is shown. Don't know where to use it.

    ReplyDelete
  56. @smashing, ok did that, what does its mean??;)

    ReplyDelete
  57. Hahaha I remember michele, I kept looking at the comments and wondering what everyone was smoking 'cause I couldn't find them. Took me a while to figure out there was an order. On the zoom view of the couch.. click the slightly darker part. at the base

    ReplyDelete
  58. Sorry it's 800: not 8001. It seems to tell us to use the orange clock face.

    ReplyDelete
  59. blonzi, i must be missing something that's needed befor ei can see that because when i did what u said, i was taken right out of the view, geezzz

    ReplyDelete
  60. Michelle, i don't know... couldn't figure it out. But maybe an important spot in the clock base on the wall? Just an idea...

    ReplyDelete
  61. lol @ blondzombi. Awwww but I'm already wasting time, I don't need to waste any more cause Danny's playing with his imaginary friend... hehehe . Sorry Danny ;)

    ReplyDelete
  62. ok when i click on bottom of couch in close up view i get a message with a question mark at the end. wish i knew the language!

    ReplyDelete
  63. michele when you're viewing the table (facing away from the couch) There should be another arrow in the left lower corner... that will take you to the zoom view

    ReplyDelete
  64. michele, what message? Where did you get it?

    ReplyDelete
  65. Ahha... click the line at the bottom of the couch in the zoom view. a bit above the floor

    ReplyDelete
  66. michele, i think that's right. when you're taken out of the view is when you see two arrows. one in the middle and one in the bottom left. try it again and let me know.

    ReplyDelete
  67. michele... your not in the zoom view. Click left 'cushion' on the couch, then left lower 'corner' arrow to get to zoom view.

    ReplyDelete
  68. ruff... did you get anywhere with the orange clock??

    ReplyDelete
  69. I'm stuck with my orange clock.

    ReplyDelete
  70. It's 8:00 not 8001 or 800:

    ReplyDelete
  71. Has anyone decoded the DVD?

    ReplyDelete
  72. Did you look at the blue book in the second room? It has a clock and sun, but I can't seem to find the matching clock

    ReplyDelete
  73. omg got it finally with your help1!!!
    stupid arrows!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  74. i'm pretty sure i screwed up my dvd player so... i'm going to bed.

i'll admit, i think i had more fun out here with you guys. special thanks to danny for being such an easy target. and to michele and roxi for their encouragement.

i'll try again tomorrow so be sure to post all the answers!! ; ) good night and good luck everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Has anyone been able to open the bottom drawer in either room? Also, regarding the paper with directions: I think that's how you press the buttons on the clock-thing - NE,W,SW,NW,S.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Hahaha michele, I was really pulling for you ;) Goodnight blondzombi, it was great playing with you. I'm going to head out in a bit too. I think I'll leave this game to the smart people and cheat when there's a walkthrough Hehehe

    ReplyDelete
  77. Has anyone found the set of numbers that go on the top part of the grid on the wall? We need those numbers (along with the ones on the left side) to figure out which blocks to fill in and which ones to mark with an X.

    ReplyDelete
  78. @ruff the message was just japanese asking me something when i was clicking on the bottom of the table and couch.

Ruff what did you do with the grid thing? i don't know how to decipher it. I tried pressing the grid like the pattern in the book, but i don't have enough columns to match the book

    ReplyDelete
  79. Excuse me Ruff, but.. how did you set the chart on the wall? Are you refering to the nonograms game? If so, how did you do it? I only have the two papers that shows how to "paint" the rows, but not the ones for the columns.. How did you do that? thanks

    ReplyDelete
  80. john maybe you can solve the grid thing, you seem to have a handle on it

    ReplyDelete
  81. Michelle, I think the book just shows you how to solve the grid. We need the numbers that go on the top of the grid. I can explain how to solve the grid, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone.

    ReplyDelete
  82. nite roxi, nite blonzie
i'll hang on a bit longer to see if the smart ones figure out the grid!

    ReplyDelete
  83. How many times can I say grid? LOL

    ReplyDelete
  84. Put the two grid notes on the wall. Go to read the green book. I think there should be a top grid too but I could not find it. I just use the numbers on the left to set the grid. If you have say "111" on the left, then there should be 3 separate ones on the row. The spacing of these ones depends on the column grid (the one on the top that I couldn't find.

    ReplyDelete
  85. John, did you find the top grid?

    ReplyDelete
  86. do i not play these escape games all the time, do i not know better!!! why didn't i think to USE my inventory!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Ruff, I can't find it! And we have to have it to solve the puzzle. I'm thinking it might be in one of the bottom drawers, but I can't open them!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Night Ruff, night michele, night all... just a quick note. The green clock seems to match the picture in the book when you line the small hand up with the sun.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Oh, ok... so you did it using only the row's numbers and then tried to obtain a "logic image", right? in the end i guess we'll get to the "8:00" you found, but i think there should be a paper for the columns. I wonder what should we do with the lower drawer, the one with the password field...

    ReplyDelete
  90. The bottom drawer has a panel that I cannot enter anything in it. I can neither put alphabets nor numerals in it. So it's either just a display or we need to have a japanese keyboard to type the password :(

    ReplyDelete
  91. Smashing, I can't type anything into that field. When I press the blue button, characters appear, but I have no idea what they say.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Neither can i... either we need the japanese keyboard Ruff mentioned or tha password can only be inserted after we accomplish somoething else

    ReplyDelete
  93. It's getting very late and I must quit now. I'll come back tomorrow to see if someone else has solved this puzzle; if not, I'll try to try to set the wall grid again to see which other time of the clock faces would fit. Goodnight everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  94. oh i was trying that awhile ago, i feel like it's "yelling" at me in japanese. well i hate to say it but
"uncle" let me use the word just one more time for john

can't solve the "GRID" (lol!!!) so i'm goin to sleep. good luck all!

    ReplyDelete
  95. I guess that we are the only two left John... anyone else playing?

    ReplyDelete
  96. I think you're right, Smashing...and I don't think I'm going to be of much help. I'm STUCK!

    ReplyDelete
  97. Well, i'm stuck too, and it's getting late so i'm going to sleep too... tomorow i'll check to see if someone solved this... have a good night John

  99. Just started. The correct title of this game should be "Escape With You".

    ReplyDelete
  100. Someone had posted earlier about this. One the dvd picture of the moon, when it starts changing and filling up to full moon, you can click on the moon to get a red circle. You can ALSO click on one of the lower right hand buildings and get a red circle as well. It slowly turns from half a house into a whole house. I have no idea what this means of course!

    ReplyDelete
  101. Aha! Yes, the picture with the moon has one more item that changes. The tall building on the bottom left, the windows slowly disappear. You can't click them until they've almost gone so get the other 2 first. The dvd player makes a lot of happy noise, like you win, and puts up a message on the screen... in Japanese :( Now the player is grayed out like its been used up.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Bottom drawer on clock side now opens for a chart piece.

    ReplyDelete
  103. :( Everybody's gone now *cry*

    ReplyDelete
  104. I'm back =)
But I think I'm stuck where you are.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Check out the green book in the green room (one with the chart)

    ReplyDelete
  106. Yeah it tell you how to use the charts, but I'm still missing a top piece :(

    ReplyDelete
  107. I'm also pretty sure it's going to make 8:00 but not sure how to use that info just yet. Probably has something to do with the orange clockface.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Me too. I think it's in the bottom drawer with the code. And it probably needs a Japanese code (I don't have a Japanese keyboard. Can't seem to copy anything either.)
    Bummer =(

    ReplyDelete
  109. Tried orange clock and the NE, SW... code. Didn't work.
I tried all the clocks with the code. Still not working.

    ReplyDelete
  110. I can't seem to type into the code space on the bottom drawer at all. blast stuck again

    ReplyDelete
  111. Wonder what the tea bag says?

    ReplyDelete
  112. oh well, off to bed. I'll see if any further progress has been made in the morning. Good luck! :)

    ReplyDelete
  113. No idea.

Thank you. Looks like I'm gonna need it.
I'm pretty sure the chart spells 8:00. And I'm using teh 8:00 orange clock. But nothing's happening.

Also, you can zoom in on the wall, when facing the lamp in the clock room. But can't seem to stick any papers or anything on it yet.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Nice work on the dvd puzzle Queeny !!

    ReplyDelete
  115. *bangs head against desk*
I'm just going round in circles now.
Off to see if an easier game won't cheer me up.
    Good night, Martin.
    Good luck!

    ReplyDelete
  116. theres a bug in this game
everytime i take the disc to the room of dvd player,on clicking the dvd player, disc disappears

    ReplyDelete
  117. password of the drawer is
    ししざ
    copy&paste.It means Leo.

    ReplyDelete
  118. thank you xenon
and i somehow got the dvd thing right

    ReplyDelete
  119. Xenon, it accepted the input but the draw didn't open :-(

    ReplyDelete
  120. same 4 me.are we missing sumthng

    ReplyDelete
  121. Yes Nottypomy, a Japanese keyboard

    ReplyDelete
  122. Looking blue book in second room, the only clock face that matches picture is light orange (or light brown).

    ReplyDelete
  123. Or at least a keyboard that has Hiragana symbols on it...

    ReplyDelete
  124. Not open?
    Maybe you need 4 items.
    -tea bag
    -the paper written Sagittarius
    -the paper written 12
    -the paper written 18
Go back and click the drawer again.
    This game has dependancy.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  126. Thanks Xenon, I thought that it might be strange like that but I had them all (except the tea bag)in the other room...I'll try it now.

    ReplyDelete
  127. That's it Xenon! I have the the other header.

    ReplyDelete
  128. ok solved the chart thing and got 8:00
    put 8:00 disc on clock

need translation of blue book for clock

    ReplyDelete
  129. drawer opened now. thx. i solved the wall-puzzle, but i'm still stuck. don't know what to do with the clock...
btw. how did you find the password for the drawer?

    ReplyDelete
  130. Doradora (Norindo)says the blue book says something about an analog watch and a sundial. If you put a straight thin object in the ground and align the 12 & 6 so the shadow runs through them both, halfway between the hour hand an the 12 is north.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Ooops, Nordinho...sorry guys.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Blue book:Find the direction by using watch and sun.
    -
    from 4 clues
    (tea bag :season is summer
    12: 12 kinds.
    18: composed of 18.
Sagittarius: ) and a picure you can get the password.

    ReplyDelete
  133. i think this is where the ne,w,sw,nw,s note comes in use
also we can zoom in on blank wall

    ReplyDelete
  134. for the clock: there is a simle way for finding north/south using a watch. point the hour hand at the sun, and half way between that and 12 will be south. so rotate the clock face so the 8 is pointing at the sun, 10 will be at south, 4 is north. hope that makes sence.

    ReplyDelete
  135. wow, really worked. thanks. i think i'm out, but i don't understand the japanese text, so i'm not sure ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  136. scott that makes perfect sense
use the nw note and click on the buttons on clock as written
    door opens and youre OUT

    ReplyDelete
  137. thank you very much for the hint on the clock scott!! it worked. opened door. i went through door then it slammed shut and there's japanese words on wall and i can still click clocks in inventory. can't do anything else. is that the end???

    ReplyDelete
  138. There are two guys in this game.
A detective and his assistant are in separate room.

Ending of the story is different by selecting A,B,C.

    ReplyDelete
  139. there could be another end i think.will hav to wait for someone to find out
thnx to all who helped in this game.i would hav been stuck with my inventory full and no idea how to use them:)

    ReplyDelete
  140. sigh...It's like I never posted. Oh well, on to the next game.

    ReplyDelete
  141. Geez, without knowing the Japanese words, it is impossible to solve! Thanks to the hints, although can open the door and leave now, still don't know what ending I got. After clicking the A/B/C, bunch of Japanese words, which I cannot understand. :(

    ReplyDelete
  142. Please, can someone tell me where is the top right part of the picross grid ? I can't find it.

    ReplyDelete
  143. I also don't understand where is the 4th chart, does anybody know this?

    ReplyDelete
  144. I believe the picross puzzle reads 8:00, but that is as far as I have gotten. Put the clock in at 8:00 in the other room, but that did nothing.

    ReplyDelete
  145. I copy & pasted the password for the bottom drawer, as Xenon explained to do. I looks like 3 squares on my monitor. Also, I have the 4 items mentioned in inventory. The drawer will not open. Any guesses what I'm doing wrong please?

    ReplyDelete
  146. I'm using the orange clock face with 8 pointed toward the sun. With 4 as north, I click the following in order: NE (upper left), W (bottom middle), SW (bottom right), NW (bottom left), and S (middle right, or 10). The door does not open. Any guesses what I doing wrong here please?

    ReplyDelete
  147. Important for anyone who hasn't finished this game yet (like I did before you): according to Nordinho there was a bug that is fixed now and therefor the password changed! All the other clues to finish this game are written here, but you have to copy and past the NEW PASSWORD wich is: いてざ
Now you can open drawer, set clock and get out! Hope it helps and many many thanks to Doradora on Nordinho!! <3

    ReplyDelete
  148. Karen, thanks for your post! The bug fix worked and I finally escaped. =) There is one other bug to be aware of. When transferring the DVD from room 1 to room 2, put it in the DVD player before closing the drawer in room 2. When you close the drawer first, you lose the DVD. Fun game!

    ReplyDelete

  150. there are 3 differences in the disc and dvd player.
    1) changing to full moon.
    2) 2nd building from right.
    3) 2nd or 3rd building from left -- lights turn on.
I get "aha!" message. Don't know the effect yet or if that's another clue.
