    ReplyDelete
  6. I've got the 4 codes now. I've got: C3, A4, B2 and C4. I rearanged them and obtained: B4, C2, A3 and C4 again. How I put C4 two times in the panel?
What's your problem Truus? Can I help you?

    ReplyDelete
  7. Georgina, your code shouldn't have the same numbers twice.. combine G with D, O with C, O with U and L with K and you should have four different codes (the numbers 5, 6, 7 and 8 on your note) Put them all in and it should work

    ReplyDelete
  8. Sorry? What 6, 7, 8? I don't have that numbers... only 1 to 4... I cannot understand...

    ReplyDelete
  9. Thank you, Karen, I've got it ! I had to remove the gold bar first !

    ReplyDelete
  14. Your combination, Georgina: it's GD, OC, OU and LC.. combine them to new codes and fill them in to the 'chessboard'. You also have to put in the codes from your note, 1 2 3 and 4.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I dont know if it was the coffee, but I opened the right panel and got a key. Now onto the left one.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  25. Where all you are from? All USA? What time is there?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Truus, you only have to push that 4. The other ones in blank.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Truus, did you watch the dice with the UV light yet?
Georgina, I'm from Holland, it's 14.27 here and I'm watching our A1 Grand Prix of Nations heroe Jeroen Bleekemolen on tv, he just won a gold medal in the sprint race.. working out your codes now.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Thank you Karen. And Congratulations for you champion.

    ReplyDelete
  29. thanks, Ellyanne! I had to go a whole day without an escape game yesterday, o.m.g. it was awful
Georgina, yes I'm from the East Coast, u.s.a.; it's 8:30am here.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Georgina, it should be B4, C2, A3, C4 then..

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  40. Truus, for the third (chessboard like) just combine the right codes like it shows on your smiley note with the UV light

    ReplyDelete
  41. gosh i just hate it when first thing in the morning my chair is bolted to the floor in front of a locked door, don't you?

    ReplyDelete
  42. And Karen... what about the code? Did you find out?

    ReplyDelete
  43. WOW Georgina I'm so jalous of you! I just LOOOOOOOOVEE Brasil! Where exactly do you live and WHY are you up already? Should be like early sunday morning 8 or 9.45? depending on the local summertime?

    ReplyDelete
  44. Georgina, read my comment on 14.32 for your code

    ReplyDelete
  45. I have some very dear friends over in the Pantanal and Chapada dos Guimarães

    ReplyDelete
  46. ok Karen. Trying to find out what you mean by "combining the right codes"

    ReplyDelete
  47. It's 10: 48 in the morning. I live in Búzios, Rio de Janeiro. I've got a little hostel here.

    ReplyDelete
  48. So, returning to the game... I only have to push 4 spots? I pushed it and nothing happens...

    ReplyDelete
  49. Do I need to use the note with the numbers 1-8 for this one?

    ReplyDelete
  50. Truus, for example: you have a code like GO=a4 right? But you have to combine the a with the number from D and combine the number 4 with the letter from C and so on, does it make sense to you? if not, just give me all the codes you have like Georgina did. Georgina did you work it out yet?

    ReplyDelete
  51. People, I give up... I've got things to do in the hostel... If you want to visit my space to see photos of búzios: www.rucasechu.spaces.live.com
And if you are thinking about a travel, don't think anymore and come.
    Good luck all you.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Wow Georgina that sounds great! Haven't been near Rio but spent one day once in São Paulo when we missed our trans continental flight.. whahaha
You need the note with numbers 1 to 8, the first four are already correct but for numbers 6-8 you have to combine the letters and numbers from the Good Luck note. But I already figured out that code for you, read my previous comment on that

    ReplyDelete
  53. No, it didn't work for me...
    thanks you

    ReplyDelete
  54. Please, figure them for me... I'm so stuck
    please

    ReplyDelete
  55. Tnx Georgina, will certainly do so!

    ReplyDelete
  56. ???????????????????????
Sorry, makes no sense at all to me.
How do you know which ones to combine?

    ReplyDelete
  57. Don't give up Georgina.
It is so frustrating to play an escape game, without escaping :(

    ReplyDelete
  58. I know it Truus, and that's what always happens to me... I'm still here... but i need help...

    ReplyDelete
  59. Truus, with the UV light on your Good Luck note, you can see some lines that will tell you how to combine the codes. The codes are always different, but I think the way to combine them is the same: for me it was GD, OC, OU, LK.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I wish I could help you, but I need help myself.
    Karen, HELP US!!! please...

    ReplyDelete
  61. A little help to the still stuck ones....

The codes for GOOD lUCK are in the following places:
    Gold Bar
    Hole in Floor
    Inside Black Safe
    Inside open socket

    To Open the Radio -
Increase the volume of your PC and start from the last dial.
Put the dial in all of the positions and press play. you will heard a tone evrytime. in one of the places you will hear a different tone from the others. keep the dial in that position.
Do the same for all the dials.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Don't give up girls, you're almost there!

    ReplyDelete
  63. I see, yes that is my combo too.
I'll work on that one. Thanks (again)

    ReplyDelete
  64. BTW Brasil just finished 2nd in the A1 Grand Prix! Yay!

    ReplyDelete
  65. ... and Emerson Fittipaldi is very proud! haha (Holland ended 4th)

    ReplyDelete
  66. Georgina, I just watched your pics of the pousada, it's great! Hope to visit you someday..
About your code: did you put all 8 in the little chessboard the right way? Like: from left to right is ABCD and from BOTTOM to TOP is 1, 2, 3, 4?

    ReplyDelete
  67. Yes, all that. The problem is that I've got 2 codes equals: C4

    ReplyDelete
  68. Georgina, check my comment on 14.32 again, they're all different, none are the same.. did you try that combination yet?

    ReplyDelete
  69. what codes do you have on your note from 1 up to 4?

    ReplyDelete
  70. Look, I've got LU=C3, OD=A4, GO=B2 and CK=C4. So, when I combined with the good luck note I obtain:
    B4, A3, C2 and C4. So, I push: C3, A4, B2, C4, B4, A3, C2 and C4 again????

    ReplyDelete
  71. Nope, still no luck.
    I feel so stupid!!

    ReplyDelete
  72. still on the first page of comments :) but getting there little by little.... :)

    ReplyDelete
  73. Georgina, you need another note. The combination is good, but there should be a note with codes for 1-4 and on the right side of the note you'll see 5-8 you can't read (because here you need the combination you already figured out) Do you have that note in your inventory?
Truus: can I help in anyway? Like give me your Good Luck codes and I can combine them for you..

    ReplyDelete
  74. What can I help you with Elyanne?

    ReplyDelete
  75. My code is GO=D3 OD=C1 LU=A2 CK=A1
    combined GD=D1 OC=A3 OU=C2 LK=A1
put them in, together with the note D2 B2 A2 B4. But nothing happens. Where am I going wrong?

    ReplyDelete
  76. I've got it!! It had to do with the order of filling them in. I started with the wrong ones. Had to start with the ones from the note!!!

    ReplyDelete
  77. karen im still figuring out the chesscode... trying to combine the numbers now...

where do the dutch girls come from?? Im from Gouda, now living in Nantes

    ReplyDelete
  78. Truus, did you get the order right? from 1 to 8? And did you notice before that a-d is from left to right, but 1-4 is from bottom to top?

    ReplyDelete
  79. ok how about the other safe??/ the one with the cube??

    ReplyDelete
  80. It's such a small world after all.. :-) My inlaws are from Gouda too! I'm from Warnsveld, just a little place near Deventer and Apeldoorn (city of Zutphen)Nice to meet you all here!

    ReplyDelete
  81. Yes, I've got the note, but I can't see what is beside 5, 6, 7 or 8...

    ReplyDelete
  82. Great job, Elyanne! By cube you mean the one with the colour code on top? Look at the order of the colours when you press the large button a few times and make a note of the order. Then you look at your dice with the UV light and note the numbers. Put in the dots of the right colour order, press the large button after each colour and you're done

    ReplyDelete
  83. HELP!!! Can't get pass the chessboard code! Wahs... i've read through like ALL of the clues you GREAT ppl have given but i still can't get it!! Clue from paper: d3 a3 c3 a2. GO=a1 OD=b1 LU=d4 CK=c2 SO rearrange become GD=a1 OU=b4 CO=c1 LK=d2 right? but no luck! T_T

    ReplyDelete
  84. I opened it!!!!
    Oh, God!! Finally!!!!
Thank you Karen, for your patient with me...

    ReplyDelete
  85. Georgina, these are the codes we just figured out, so: 5 is the code for GD, 6 is for OC, 7 is OU and 8 is LK.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Oh no!! I've got the doorhandle now and thought I could just walk out,BUT NOW I can't put it the door!!! This is too much.
My mind must be on a Sunday-mode.
I also still have the screws in my inventory.

I am from Aduard, a little place near Groningen.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Wow that's great! You're so very welcome! So now you're out? Or still working on another panel.. Anyway, congrats on your victory on this one!

    ReplyDelete
  88. tried that doesnt work :( its normal that 7,8,9 you dont use...

    ReplyDelete
  89. Just zoom in Truus, you're almost there!

    ReplyDelete
  90. OH MY GOODNESS. Nevermind i've got it! i've been mixing up c and b all along... grr... GREAT JOB GUYS and GALS for those clues anyway!! Cheers! XD

    ReplyDelete
  91. ok everyone is OUT???!! im soooo blond!!! :(

    ReplyDelete
  92. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  93. I can not open the radio :( I hate games with sounds, because I am deaf.
Can someone explain precious how to open it? Have I to move the far right lever one for one first, then the lever near it and so on till I move the far left lever and click on the 'eject' knob? I really tried everything...

    ReplyDelete
  94. sorry, that didn't come out right.. it should be from upper right, middle and lower left.. in case you want to put in number three. The numbers need to correspond with the right colours on top

    ReplyDelete
  95. Safiye, yes pull the levers one by one, but after every time you move them, push the play button to compare the sounds.. sorry but the places are different every time, so I can't give you the right positions..

    ReplyDelete
  96. I'm out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't zoom in at first, don't know why. This one kept me of the streets for a few hours!

Thanks for all your help, without girls like you, I'd be locked inside forever.

    ReplyDelete
  97. RAdio is

    1 left lever : 3th from top
    2 : last one
    3 : firt one
    4 : 2nd from bottom
    5: 3th from bottom

hope the radio is the same for everyone!!

    ReplyDelete
  98. ok Karen now i understand :) THANKS!!

    ReplyDelete
  99. and the last one??? (The safe left from the cubesafe) IM SOOOO STUPID!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  100. I'm leaving now.
Hope to meet you all again in another game!
    Bye.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Haha, don't feel bad.. the left one is all about music and should be easy: did you find the piano keys on it with your UV light?

    ReplyDelete
  102. Doei Truus! Tot de volgende keer!

    ReplyDelete
  103. yeah but im not into music... :)

    ReplyDelete
  104. just look at the squares in the briefcase and push the correct 'piano keys' in the right colour. if you're not like a musician: it starts with C on the left, then D E F G A B

    ReplyDelete
  105. I guess cdef are the colours from the koffer....

    ReplyDelete
  106. I pleased my sister to help with the sounds, but she is angry because she is watching tv :P have the sounds to be different each time or the same?
Some sounds are the same and some different she said.

    ReplyDelete
  107. HAHAHAHA yeah that was all i needed hihihihi ok lets see what happens when i open the box in briefcase

    ReplyDelete
  108. Ooh elyanne, ben je ook Nederlands?
Ik vind dat uitleg over de radio best vaag, weet je misschien of de geluiden hetzelfde moet zijn of elke keer anders?

    ReplyDelete
  109. Safiye, every lever has it's own sound.. and every lever has one spot where it sounds different, just be patient and pay attention, haha

    ReplyDelete
  110. Ok this game was awsome!!!!! I want more like this one!!!!! :) Thanks everybody (Karen for sure!!) See you guys in the next room!!!!!! :) Bye Bye

    ReplyDelete
  111. Alle geluiden moeten hetzelfde zijn, ze moeten allemaal het "hoge" geluid hebben! ....

    Lukt het zo???

    ReplyDelete
  112. Bye Elyanne, it was nice playing with you and I'm glad I could help others for a change@

    ReplyDelete
  113. Karen zegt juist dat de geluiden elke keer anders moet zijn als ik het goed heb begrepen? Elke keer als de knoppen aan de top komen en ik op het play knopje druk, moeten alle geluiden dus anders zijn of... hetzelfde?

    ReplyDelete
  114. Have I to start again if it is false? :S

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  117. ....BUT: from what I understand from Elyanne's comment she found it some other way... perhaps I was just lucky than :-)

    ReplyDelete
  118. ok...i'm really stuck coz I can't get the laser to show me any safe code....

    ReplyDelete
  119. got to go now, hope you get the out now Safiye!

    Succes!!!

    ReplyDelete
  120. James, you need three batteries

    ReplyDelete
  121. thanks karen! I had them, but had been trying to click open the laser for ages!!! imitation blonde here.....

    ReplyDelete
  122. I'll have to leave you all soon... anyone still need help?

    ReplyDelete
  123. haha you're welcom James... originally blond one here too

    ReplyDelete
  124. Unfortunately it does not work at me. I give up, thanks Karen and Elyanne!

    ReplyDelete
  125. Nooooooo Safiye, don't give up! Georgina and Elyanne could do it and so can you!

    ReplyDelete
  126. Hehe the difference is, they are not deaf :P my sister tried for me, but she does not understand at all and she even said the 2nd and 4th (rij?) have not got a different sound, so she does not understand anymore... I like such games, but sometimes sounds make it difficult for me, tja...

    ReplyDelete
  127. out at last. thanks for posting megipoland

    ReplyDelete
  128. I will try for some time now, if I really do not come out, I will give up.

    ReplyDelete
  129. phew! I'm finally back from reading all the other posts...some I got by myself and others (ok, most) I needed help. Unfortunately, I'm still stuck on the dice..Can someone give me the correct order for six and two? Is six 123789 or 134679?

    ReplyDelete
  130. @Safiye, tell your sister that one high tone in the beginning of the sequence means you have one right, 2 high tones in a row means you have two right, etc. It doesn't tell you WHICH ones are right and wrong, at least not in my game. Hope that helps!

    ReplyDelete
  131. Safiye, I understand.. If you really can't hear anything at all it must be impossible to solve.. unfortunately it's different for everyone, so I can't tell you what the right places are. Some people said they couldn't hear it and needed a headphone, but on my computer it made a loud sound so no problem.. If I remember correctly, it made a sound like 'bleep blop blop blop' and then when you reach the right spot it said 'bleep bleep blop blop' Hope that helps...

    ReplyDelete
  132. wow, talk about POP, I just got the last key from the dice puzzle!!!

    ReplyDelete
  133. Hi zoz, that's a bright explanation! I guess mine was just plain luck then.. I just noticed the different sound in every row and then I went on to the next one. Youre number six should be 1, 4, 7 and 3, 6, 9...

    ReplyDelete
  134. when i saw the exit sign over the last door i was sooooo afraid it was another puzzle, lol. I'll check back for a while on the off chance I can help anyone else. Great game!
what do you say we all meet at Georgina's in Brazil!

    ReplyDelete
  135. Great idea zoz! let me know when you take your flight! (and be sure to make your anouncement soon enough, it's a 20 hour flight for me...)

    ReplyDelete
  136. ... and I hope Georgina has a lot of computers over at her place, or a lot of lan-houses, for we'll be playing together all day long... sorry, night - we'll enjoy other things during the day... lol

    ReplyDelete
  137. if we do go, I just hope Georgina has a bunch of screwdrivers, metal cutters and the like so we can get out of our rooms in the morning!

    ReplyDelete
  138. HAHAHAHA lol zoz! you're really very funny..

    ReplyDelete
  139. gives a totally new perspective to the term 'Live Game' whoehaahaa

    ReplyDelete
  140. finally out!!this was a really good game.long and fun:)

    ReplyDelete
  141. I am trying not to read above hints. How the heck do you put down an item? Space doesn't work.

    ReplyDelete
  142. NM, I had it highlighted, therefore I couldn't put it down. Duh.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Gah... have to restart the game. There is no gold bar behind the picture, just a battery. Buggy game.

    ReplyDelete
  144. Restarted, and still no gold bar! Correction: the black key is inside, not the battery.

    ReplyDelete
  145. Any help? My safe code has 50R36LXXR42L. What does the XX mean?

    ReplyDelete
  146. Any help? My safe code has 50R36LXXR42L. What does the XX mean?

    ReplyDelete
  147. nevermind found the answer in the test tube

    ReplyDelete
  148. WHOA! That was tough! Would've never made it through the last puzzle without your instructions. Thanks to all!

Nice game anyway, very nicely done!

    ReplyDelete
  149. Wow, what a great game!!That was one of the hardest games Ive played..Loved it..Thanks for posting clues everybody..Thanks Megipoland

    ReplyDelete
  150. Deciphering the cube code was the hardest thing on here!

    Gah!

    ReplyDelete
  151. Ha! I'm still trying to figure this one out.

    ReplyDelete
  152. Is anybody still here?
    I can't find my inventory :(
    Is there a special trick?

    ReplyDelete
  153. Can anyone tell me where the gold bar is? It's not behind the picture!

    ReplyDelete
  154. Ah.
Had to use IE instead of FF. Now there's my inventory ;)

Now going to try and solve it

    ReplyDelete
  155. Bernard, the gold bar is behind the panel on the right(the one where you press button for 10 sec to open)

    ReplyDelete
  156. Ok, I can't find the third key? Anyone still playing to help me with it?

    ReplyDelete
  157. Hi vbranam!! Nice to see ya, it's been awhile.

    ReplyDelete
  158. I found the manila envelope, ha. I thought it was a window or something, duh...

    ReplyDelete
  159. wow, this game was amazing! so complicated, but solvable (if I didn't have mush brain). and great graphics, looking forward to another from this creator.....

    ReplyDelete
  160. Okay, I hate to ask this late in everyone's conversation, but I just started, I have the little gray button from the side of the picture, a vial I can't open with something in it, a piece of paper showing a finger hitting a button and then a clock or something with 10" next to it, and a black-handled key which I can't find a use for. What do I do?

    ReplyDelete
  161. Black key is for the briefcase

On the wall with 2 panels, the right panel is the one to hit for 10 seconds before it will open.

You need to find the knife before you can open the vial. (swiss army knife type)

    ReplyDelete
  162. Where is the 3rd puzzle about 'chess'? I don't know where it is or the 3rd key for the box in the briefcase.

    ReplyDelete
  163. Thanks greenmama! Figured out the silver thing is a watch battery that goes into the pen light majig, but can't figure out how to turn it on.

  164. Dan, there's 3 of those batteries for the pen light.
One is by the chair, zoom in on chair, then on the right, on the ledge is another one. I've forgotten the other one already.

I'm still trying to find the last puzzle. I can't find it.

    ReplyDelete
  165. The other is in the outlet on the wall, figured that one out while searching around. Thanks for the chair though!

  168. Where do I click to get behind the briefcase? It's not letting me...........

    ReplyDelete
  169. NVM, I finally got it. It's the middle of the wall.....lol

    ReplyDelete
  170. Ok, I'm lost on that puzzle. Any help?

    ReplyDelete
  171. You should have all your notes by now...So,let me see how to explain this..say you have 1-4 with c2,d3,a1,a2 and another code like
    GO=d3
    OD=D1
    LU=B4
    CK=C2

Those numbers 1-4 you will keep them as they are..These others you convert ..kinda matching them up with that other paper you have that says GOOD LUCK when using your UV light to read...GD,OU,CO,LK

    ReplyDelete
  172. My lat code wouldn't work :(
    I've got GO=c1, OD=a2, LU=d3, CK=d3
    and
    1. a2
    2. b4
    3. c3
    4. c1
So when I "fix" the code from GOOD LUCK, I get GD=c2, OU=a3, CO=d1, LK=d3.
I've tried to put it in two orders:
    c2, a3, d1, d3, a2, b4, c3, c1
    and
    a2, b4, c3, c1, c2, a3, d1, d3
    but neither works! Help! ;(

    ReplyDelete
  173. Then you will enter these 8 numbers in the grid..
    A B C D (across the top)
    4
    3
    2
    1

My pc is really acting crazy,so if Im gone all of a sudden you'll know why..lol

    ReplyDelete
  174. Ok, I feel really stupid now. Finally OUT!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  175. Katarzyna, I guess you mixes up the O's.. OC should be before OU

    ReplyDelete
  176. Katarzyna, your code is correct...but are you sure you have two d3's at LU and CK

    ReplyDelete
  177. Karen, OMG was it really that easy? I'm so blonde, I guess :D

    ReplyDelete
  178. put in the numbers you got with the uv. Mine were b3, d3, a3, a2. This was the blacked out numbers. On the paper, you also have 4 more numbers. My other ones were b1, b2, a1, c2.

Remember, left to right is a,b,c,d
the other ones would show 4,3,2,1

    a b c d

    4
    3 x x x
    2 x x x
    1 x x

see if this helps. Your's won't look like this, but hopefully it helps

    ReplyDelete
  179. vbranam1, I've checked a dozen times and yup - two d3's :/
And Karen again - your idea didn't give me a thing either actually :(

    ReplyDelete
  180. According to the codes you just gave, the right order should be:
    a2
    b4
    c3
    c1
    c2
    d1
    a3
    d3

    ReplyDelete
  181. Hmmm, are you entering them this way
    A B C D
    4
    3
    2
    1
    and NOT this way
    1
    2
    3
    4

    ReplyDelete
  182. Karen, nope... still doesn't work - think I'll just restart the game...
vbranam1, yeah, I'm doing it this way all the time :/

  195. Walkthrough! And for those of you going nuts, I promise to be clear about my left and my right!

Okay, just hit refresh so I'm starting from scratch and playing through as I type.

You start facing a briefcase on the floor. The door is behind you. On the left wall are TWO panels with buttons to open them, along with an electric outlet (some folks called it a socket in other comments); and on the right is a picture of Leonardo Da Vinci's "Vitruvian Man".

Look behind the briefcase on the right side to get a silver key.

Turn left; the LEFT panel will open immediately when you press the button. There is a vial inside; view it, and you will see that it contains a small slip of paper.

Turn left; there is your door, only it's missing its handle, and the chair in front is bolted to the floor. Zoom in on the LEFT side of the chair and click underneath to get a piece of paper. It says that you must press and HOLD a button for ten seconds. We'll get back to that in a moment, for now just turn left so we can finish our tour of the room.

Ahh, da Vinci... along the LEFT side at the bottom is a keyhole, covered by a small battery. Take the battery, and you can fit the silver key inside. Vitruvian Man lifts up to reveal a combination safe and a black key.

Turn left. You are facing the briefcase; in the RIGHT corner you will find a loose floorboard. We'll get back to that. For now, use the black key on both latches of the briefcase, then click on the lid to open it. TOOLS!! CLUES!! W00t!!

You should now have a Swiss Army Knife (now you are INVINCIBLE), a laser pointer that doesn't work, a colored cube, and a manila envelope. Inside the envelope is a paper that simply says "Good luck".

View the laser pointer, then click on the mini battery and add it to the pointer. Unlike a lot of games, you don't need to turn the pointer around or open it or any of that. Just click and you will see a "power" icon in the top left. Looks like you'll need more batteries.

View the Swiss Army knife. For you Americans old enough to remember, you are now able to compete with MacGuyver... if you click on the knife, you will get four different tools out of it - a knife, can opener, screwdriver, and corkscrew. Sweeeet.

Select the corkscrew. View the vial, then use the corkscrew to open it and take out the slip of paper. It will say "XX = "... some number. The first time I played it was 13; at the moment, it's 39. Note it down somewhere if you like; I like to keep a notebook at the computer desk when I'm playing these games.

Turn left, and I'll continue this walkthrough in part 2.
