ReplyDeleteSo far I have two notes, a bowling ball, found and used two keys, found two machines and something like a vapor engine (orange thing). I somehow managed to make some water leak from the pipe to the right scene of orange thing.

ReplyDeletePut the bowling ball in the piper where the water leaked from. Then go turn the round handle again after turning the straight handles. The wall will break.

ReplyDeleteGo upstairs in the orange room. Find that big machine thing and plug the cord in then plug the other end in the book. type in the 4 triangle in the order of the paper.
ReplyDeleteStuck with some type of smaller key. Can't figure out where to use it. Got the key after activating the book and changing the symbols to earth, air, fire, water. Machine light up a spot on the wall and reveled the key...

ReplyDeleteVery frustrating that the book closes everytime. I just want to be able to click on it until the darn cord goes in. Has anyone been able to break through the second wall with the bowling ball (the one that is dented after going through the first wall?) I tried messing with the valves but to no avail. I guess we weren't meant to go through it?

I even tried blocking the pressure with the last valve, turning the wheel 10 times (to build up lots of pressure of course! hahaha) and then turning it...nothing. grrrr...

@zoz, did you find the green key? if so, it opens the door to the library there you can find the red book. it is in the bottom row

ReplyDeleteWell i tried smashing the bowling ball into about everything i can find and nothing. and then tried turning on all the lights on the portal and closing the door thinking maybe the "door open" sign was a warning and not telling us that a door had opened, but nothing. I have also gone back and retried just about every valvue combination to blow the bowling bowl through the second wall and, alas, nothing. I still think its odd that we have the bowling ball and can put it in the pipe though because everything else disappears when we are done using it. It seems the pipes will blow water as long as all red valves are "open". It doesn't seem to make a difference messing with the blue valves.

Lots of unexplained hot spots in the tunnel to the hanging? machine. No help however.
ReplyDeleteThe valve lever in the new "chair" room is interesting too-- I wonder if it has anything to do with the other valve room. I'm sure that every time we use that lever something "happens" somewhere (like a door opens temporarily?" so I'm looking for something that we need to change. Those teleporter chambers or whatever are frustrating!

i have found a hotspot in the transporter, but didn't go anywhere. Maybe we use the transporters to get in and out of the chair room when the force field is activated?
