- Click two times on the boys cap and he starts to cry.
- Go right 2x times to the fireplace. ' In ' the fireplace (on the bottom right) is a glass you can't see, but you can take it.
- Go left 2x times, back to the boy. Use the glass (just make it active in your inventory) on the puddle of tears on the bottom left to fill it.
- Now use the glass of tears on the christmastree (on the soil) and now you can take the star from the top of the tree.
- Go left and put the star on the man's chest. Take the pan and the bag/sack (apparently filled with gifts).
- Go right and use the bag on the boy and he's happy with his gift.
- Go right 2x to the fireplace and use the bag on the dog and he is happy with his bone. Click the bone to receive a match. Use the match on the wood in the fireplace.
- Go left 2x times, back to the boy. Use the pan on the puddle of tears on the bottom left to fill it.
- Go right 2x to the fireplace and use the pan with tears on the fire to heat it.
- Go left to the door and use the hot tears on the door and you're out
Apparently you have to make a little boy cry and heat up his tears to defrost a door. What a strange, sad and cruel christmas story that is.
