ReplyDeleteme too jaleesa
ReplyDeleteSuicune, put the orange sheet in the printer, then go to the PC and click start in after putting the pen drive. :)

ReplyDeleteI clicked on digital key and it loaded, now I don't know what to do. Help, please? :)

ReplyDeletewhere is cell phone???
ReplyDeleteThank's Diana, I couldn't open that one until you posted lol
ReplyDeletecome on please suicune i'm waiting for you clever people to tell me what's next now lol
ReplyDeleteFor the color code:
ReplyDelete1 yellow - under the desk with the coffee cup
2 blue - on the memory card
3 turquoise - not sure, actually
4 green - on the wall by the garbage can
5 magenta - written in japanese in the second drawer
6 red - on the corkscrew/key/screwdriver handle
Cell phone is in the left corner of the room with the door in view. Have to used screwdriver to open it.
ReplyDeleteIs this colour code the numbers on book shelf? If so, mine is broken, lol! It doesn't change colours...
ReplyDeletei thought it would have to do with the 1st letter of each character in the book, but the numbers add up to be WAY too big to put into the door pad...
ReplyDeletepress red box above digital code on pc
ReplyDelete@diana
ReplyDeletei think #3 on the color code we were meant to do by process of elimination, since it would be the only unused color left
thank you, diana! stuck again with this phone
ReplyDeleteit's just changed and said 100% complete
ReplyDeletealso i got a feeling this door code isnt that tough, just need a while to figure it out... pretty sure its gonna involve math
ReplyDeletei stuck, cannot place the cell phone in front of door
ReplyDeletecan't figure out how i did it though all i know is i had phone highlighted at time
ReplyDeletefeline, the color code box is on the wall after you take all the posters off.
ReplyDeleteI though maybe do the math for the words in the pink book to get 4 digit code but half way through and no luck so far.
ReplyDelete@neokit06, I pressed the digital code, it loaded 100%, but still, my numbers on the book shelf won't change colours! Do I have to restart? Awww!
ReplyDeletePut the blue memory card in the phone first, then use it over the black reader box on the keypad.
ReplyDeleteok ive removed my chip from the computer and put it into my phone
ReplyDeletestill working on the code though
Diana, thank you so much! I would never have seen that, such a white game, lol! Thanks!!! :D

ReplyDeleteunder posters start with one on left and work to right
ReplyDeletehi Diana long time no see
ReplyDeletefind the 鍵="clavis" in a purple book
do math exercise
woops sorry other way round lol
ReplyDeleteim guessing the book has the answer we need, since we havent used it yet.
ReplyDeleteperhaps 1 of the words we need to convert with the formulas on the back of the phone?
gabi, did you download the digital key from the computer first?
ReplyDeleteI'm not very good at codebreaking so I'm just staring at the cell phone and the book hoping something comes to me.
Suicune, I am waiting for you to figure the code out, lol! I have no clue as to what it is. :P
ReplyDelete@shuchun
ReplyDeleteso the answer is 15545 then?
the door can only take 4 digits though...
come on suicune pleaseeeeeeeeeee
ReplyDeleteAh, got this from Nordinho to help with the language barrier.
ReplyDeleteBookshelf drawer : 5
PC : 3
Latin book : "Clavis" is Key
So looks like we need to decode "clavis".
btw suicune i'm still stuck on your game but having fun with it
ReplyDeleteI'm out! [=
ReplyDeleteHi Shuchun :)
ReplyDeleteYAY OUT!!!! SOLVED IT ON MY OWN :D
ReplyDeletei forgot to do "BEDMAS" the 1st time lol
after i used that to guide my math, it was easy!
@Suicune
ReplyDeletefind some numbers on the cellphone by using "clavis"
download??? no! how? i took him y esta!
ReplyDeleteI had the code but I hadn't activated the keypad with the phone... LoL
ReplyDeleteanyone need help with door code? :)
ReplyDeletegabi, put the blue memory card in the computer. Then click the key icon and download. Voila!
ReplyDeleteoh sorry i feel stupid, found it, thank you Diana!
ReplyDelete@shuchun
ReplyDeletety, i did it wrong the 1st time, i didnt use order of operations (BEDMAS) thats why i got the wrong number (15545)
the REAL answer is only 4 digits as i expected.
to anyone stuck, do all the multiplication BEFORE the addition! :)
Code is
ReplyDeletespoilerspoiler4072spoilerspoiler
Shuchun, hi!!! Hugs to you! Where did "clavis" come from, please? :)
ReplyDeleteI wonder, were we supposed to just go down the list of the Latin words or was that "key" written on the side of the mug supposed to be our clue?
ReplyDeleteAh, got it and out!
ReplyDeleteto break it down further:
ReplyDeletecalvis translates to 6 digits on the back of the phone.
3 are plus, and 3 are multiply.
so do all the multiply 1st, and you get left with 3 numbers, then simply add those 3 and youre out!
YES!
ReplyDelete**9850**
ReplyDelete@feline
ReplyDeleteCheck a purple book in the bookshelf
woohoo i'm out thanks to you alli can never do math things
ReplyDeletecan you please explain this clavis thing??? found out that it means key, but now? what to do?
ReplyDeleteThe cell phone has a decoder list on it... If you do the math for the word "clavis" with the decoder you get the 4 digit key code to get out...
ReplyDeleteShuchun, I checked on the book, but I still can't understand why we had to use "clavis". I think I'm blind, lol! Or dumb. Or I need a Japanese quick course. :P Thanks anyway. Have a nice day! :)
ReplyDeleteThere was no reason in particular to use "clavis" it was just one of the words that when decoded produced a 4 digit number... there were only 3 that did.
ReplyDelete@ jaleesa
ReplyDeleteI'm maybe too dumb today, but I don't understand how to do the math
@jaleesa
ReplyDeletewow that means we woulda had a really hard time if not for shuchun!
thanks shuchun, for saving us the trouble of decoding every word! :)
im gonna try to get a walkthrough up
hmm hold that thought, new game is out. ill get back to the walkthrough later.
ReplyDeletedo it as you see it when decoding the letters. if you get a X first then multiply 0 by that and do the rest as you decode the next letter.
ReplyDeleteLUX for example
L=x9
U=x100
X=x1000
0x9x100x1000=0
LUX=0
CLAVIS
ReplyDeleteC=+3
L=x9
A=+4
V=x1000
I=+9
S=x5
3x9+4x1000+9x5=4072
CLAVIS=4072
I enter 4072 that is nothing happen. How come?
ReplyDeleteThank you Diana for the hint about the screwdriver, I was desperately trying to use it without the red handle...
ReplyDeleteNow I have the phone with the numeric hints, and I put the paper into the printer.
I'm going to read the messages because I'm stuck...
Where is the memory card ? I got the colour code with only 4 colours, I guessed the other two ones (2 and 3, ie blue and aqua).
ReplyDeleteOh... it was on the top of the books...
ReplyDeleteI downloaded the electronic key code on the blue memory card and put it in the cellphone, but if I click anywhere on the cellphone, it removes the memory card ! Can anybody help me, please ?
ReplyDeletedont click on the cell phone after you put in the memory card and then use the cell phone on the black square on the code panel that should activate the panel and then you put in the "clavis" code.
ReplyDeleteClavis means "key" in latin and there is the word "key" written on a cup. I suppose that it is why we have to use this word. I would never have found it by myself...
ReplyDeletePascale, put the key in the phone then close the about item. Then highlight in your inventory and click on the dark square on the numberpad on the wall, it should automatically go there.
ReplyDeletethat and there was a key in the coffee cup too... LoL
ReplyDeleteI'm out, it was a good game, but it would have been better if not in japanese...
ReplyDeleteThank you, Rambler, finally, I'm out !

ReplyDeleteactually...
ReplyDeletewhen you zoom in on the computer screen there is a 參 on it and it means three.. then the background of the computer is cyan in colour.. so that makes 3 cyan lol
also..
we have to use 'clavis' but not others becoz it is written as 鍵 in japanese.. however the word鍵in japanese have another meaning which is keyboard or keypad or something like that lol
so 'clavis'is the word =)
