ReplyDeleteive got a wire brush from the cactus next to desk

ReplyDeletehi all..and thx for the hint with the brush..now i´m out..
ReplyDeleteHi all! Decided to join u guys!
ReplyDeleteGot 2 grey stripes I cant seem to use and stuck!
Aha, and got the strip by making the phone call!
ReplyDelete@Zoe: you need to place the 3 stripes first to get the right code
ReplyDeleteahhh thanks mayberry :o)
ReplyDelete3rd live one I missed over replay. Advice: don't bother lol.
ReplyDeleteWhat number do I have to use for the phone call?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the hint about using the number on the phone without actually seeing the numbers :D
ReplyDeleteThe phone # for Mr. Ford (the only President in the list) doesn't work...which one is it?
ReplyDeleteWhere do we use the code from the lights?
ReplyDeleteZoe, the one for Mr. Ford worked for me.
ReplyDeletePOP! got the 3rd stripé but cant use them on the lamps!!
ReplyDeleteOh, thanks..where is the third strip?
ReplyDeleteAnd one of those characters in the B/W vase was totally useless!
ReplyDeletelol... POP again!!! now working on the numbers...
ReplyDeleteI must have to do something else first, then.
ReplyDelete@Zoe, third strip you get it from the phone. Call Mr. Ford (dial 175843)
ReplyDeleteUse the strips on the bottom of the lamps
ReplyDeleteOh,,duh. Youput the coin in the phone.
ReplyDelete@Zoe - the five digit code comes from the roman numerals on the coffee table that you scrape to reveal.
ReplyDeleteSorry, that i didn't answer, but had a phone call
ReplyDeleteWhere do I put the lamp code?
ReplyDelete@Niceli, on the bottom drawer. The one with 6 digits.
ReplyDeleteanyone else stuck? i'll hang around if needed ...
ReplyDeletethe final 6 digit code is a combination of 3 clues ...
ReplyDeleteI thought had the correct code from the lamps, but it's wrong. Any hints?
ReplyDeleteOut!!! thx all!
ReplyDeleteYeah..I don't get the hints from the lights. If 2nd is 1st, how can 1st be 1st?
ReplyDeletei've got to go now, i'll let Edgar write the woalkthrough on thie one, :)
ReplyDeletehave the lamp code and code from vase 741964 but don't work at the drawer
ReplyDeletecan't work out that last code, I'm sure I've done it right (deciphered code from vase using pc, then the order from the lights)???? :o)
ReplyDeleteah got it
ReplyDeleteand out
ReplyDeleteI think from what Edgar said above, that one of those numbers isn't relavent - I think it might be one of the 4's
ReplyDeleteI worked the code out as 471944 but that doesn't work either?? :o)
ReplyDeleteFor the final code:
ReplyDeleteyou have *#!?&# from the vase.
Replace those with the code breaker to get:
741964
Use the order from the lights to know which numbers to use (you actually need ONLY the first 4 numbers)
code
ReplyDelete471977
@ollylolly, that's what I tried too.
ReplyDelete@ollylolly
ReplyDeleteYour last 2 numbers are wrong.
and out! another good one. Now on with Monday. Have a good Labor Day!
ReplyDeleteAhh thanks edgar!! and out! :o)

ReplyDeleteThanks, @Edgar, out as well.
ReplyDelete@Zoe, the lights say to use:
ReplyDeletethe second number (4)
Then the first one (7)
Then the third one (1)
and so on...
OH...I got it. It doesn't mean 2nd = 1st...it means which number...duh.
ReplyDelete@Zoe: with the info from the pc and the code from the B/W-vase..than you will get the right code with the lamp-info
ReplyDeleteAnd BTW @Zoe, the irrelevant number was the 5th one (6) and the 6th too, since it was the same than 2nd (4).
ReplyDelete@Edgar, which makes no sense to me. Why have two numbers be irrelevant?
ReplyDeleteIt's a six digit code, and the B/W vase has six digits (computer code) - so why only use the first four? No logic there...
ReplyDeleteTwo numbers are irrelevant because you only need the first 4 of them, but you use the second one (7) three times in that 6-digits code.
ReplyDeleteHi, Please be aware that I have a microsoft keyboard (bought in Aust)and the * is 8 and # is 3! Same as another KB I have. I got 831?73 from the *#!?&# clue. What type of KB's are you using? Or was there some other clue I missed.
ReplyDelete@Michael, there is a clue on the computer (Code breaker map) that shows: *=7, !=1, ?=9, &=6, #=4
ReplyDeleteThanks @Ellie Slap my head! Didnt fully read that clue and only took ? as 9. Took the rest off my KB.

SOLUTIONS
ReplyDelete7-digit drawer
Use the letter clue “CLEFP”.
Translate the letters to numbers like A=1, B=2, C=3… etc
CLEFP = 3125616 (which is your code)
Phone
You see three persons on the TV.
Only one of them is in the phone book on the computer – Ford.
Use his number: 175843
The buttons on the phone don’t have numbers.
Use the light grey buttons.
They are like a normal phone:
123
456
789
*0#
So click the buttons in this order (1 first, 2 second…):
1 – 6
5 3 –
2 4 –
– – –
6-digit drawer
The Code breaker file on the computer tells:
*=7, !=1, ?=9, &=6, #=4
The black and white vase shows:
*#!?&#
Translate this to the numbers from the computer:
741964
The clue from the lamps tells:
2nd, 1st, 3rd, 4th, 1st, 1st
These are the numbers you should use from 741964.
First take the 2nd number = 4
Then take the 1st number=7
3rd number is 1
4th number is 9
1st number is used twice more at the end.
Code: 471977
