the bottle opener is Sennuki(せんぬき) in Japanese.
Other meaning of Sennuki is "千ぬき"="remove 1000" (It's a word pun).

click window and see the number 1
go right
click picture, use sd on 4 screws on the picture
click it again and see the number 7
click under yellow bed and get bottle opener/color code
go right
click trash can and see number 0
go right click bottom cabinet and see number 1
according to the code: brown, dark blue, pink, light blue the order is 1107
but the wrighting on the opener says subtract 1000 so you get 0107
click the yellow box and imput 0107 and click the red button
get the blue key
use the blue key on the middle cabinet
open it and get the red key
go left
click the doorknob
use the red key on the doorknob
click the doorknob
