  51. @zazie, the ble square puzzle is like working a sudoku. The given numbers indicate the number of squares flipped over on that row/column.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Don't understand the 6th puzzle. Help please, anyone?

    ReplyDelete
  53. @Zazie, normally in those puzzles, if it says "6", you're not allowed to divide that into 3 and 3 squares, but you are in this puzzle.

If you need it: Click here for a screenshot.

    ReplyDelete
  54. @ruff this has something to do with sudoku too, all 4 numbers in each row and each column, cant use any number in same row or column twice. and the numbers indicates the sum of numbers placed, so eg, if u got 6 in two squares u need to put 2 and 4 there

    ReplyDelete
  55. wow, lol on how i explained, i guess its even harder now :D

    ReplyDelete
  56. @Ruff, you need to add numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 in each row and column. Never more than once. Then numbers inside each area surrounded by think lines should add up to the small number in the corner if there is a +, and when there is a -, minus should be used.

    Solution:
    2314
    4132
    3241
    1423

    ReplyDelete
  57. Thanks Ellie, my life saver...now looking for white mop thing and the rest...

  58. Lol @Egle! Add my explanation, and poor ruff will get really confused.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  60. Sorry Ellie, forgot to thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Thanks @Ellie - the minus signs were really throwing me on this one

    ReplyDelete
  62. Out too! Thanks everyone for your help.

  80. why is this sudoku killing me? the - means it's subtracted, right? it wont add up!

    ReplyDelete
  81. No... I am stuck on a stupid ship... waiting for my brain to grow...

    ReplyDelete
  82. @Millie, yes it means subtracted. I posted a solution at 10:50 AM if you need it.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Ugh, I got it, you don't have to be proper, with a 2 over a 1 and such... lol... too long on one puzzle!

    ReplyDelete
  84. Thanks. It just was not really a logical one, since you usually have the big number first or on top... so I couldn't get it to work!

    ReplyDelete
  85. Yes @Millie, I agree with that. Not the "best" kind of logic. I also had problems with the ship puzzle since it wasn't solved the "usual" way.

    ReplyDelete
  86. how to get water in bucket

    ReplyDelete
  87. @evans, zoom on the right side of the ship and click in the water to the right of it to zoom.

Click inside the boat, to the left of the right sail.
Get a SOAP from the floor.
Note the colors of the three round shields in the back.
    Zoom all the way out.

Zoom on the right part of the ship.
Click the steering wheel in the middle of the middle deck, between the two red stairs.
    Pick up a BONE.

Each star contains a puzzle that you see when you click it.

    - First puzzle from left: rotate the squares to make it look like a decent picture.
    Get a BUCKET.
Click here to see a picture of the solved puzzle.
OR, reset the puzzle by zooming out of it, then click the tiles the following amount of times (x=don’t click):
    1231x213
    xx331321

    1x12x233
    232x1312
    x1x321xx
    - Second puzzle: click the squares to make some of them yellow.
The numbers by each row and column tells how many yellow in that row/column.

The picture will look like a ship.
Click here to see a picture of the solved puzzle.
    Get a LONG ROPE.

    Get a CLOTH.
    Solution below
    - The seventh puzzle needs 4 digits, but you don’t have them yet.

Zoom on the right part of the right side of the ship (in the water).
Put the small rope on your bucket.
Dip the bucket in the WATER to fill it.
When zoomed on the right part of the ship, click the upper part of the left sail to get a SKULL.
(You can’t get to this view from start)

On the middle of the lower deck is a wooden “pedestal”.
Zoom on the lower side of it.
You’ll see three lines in the middle of the pedestal. Make sure you didn’t zoom on the upper side (the stairs should be to the left in the picture).
Use the axe on the three lines to see “7296 knots”.

Zoom out and zoom on the front part of the ship.
Click on the white “basket” on the upper part of the left sail.
(You can’t get to this view from start)

Use the grater on the soap.
Add the grated soap to the bucket of water.
Dip the mop in the bucket.
Use the wet mop on the wet spot on the floor.
    See: MxO.

Go inside the cabin again (red door below the puzzles).
Place the bones and the skull on the back of the chair.
