A very well made pixel hunt. I played this one far longer than I would have played a bad game, simply for the animation. However, I got very frustrated with the "perfect spot" nonsense. Fix the controls, get rid of WASD and arrow keys and make it mouse driven and I'll be happy to finish it.
ReplyDeleteI really want to like this game. The style makes it different from most other web games out there and I'm a sucker for puppies. I can even live with the tank controls. But the pixel hunting is just ridiculous. If I can see the lady bug, I should be able to click on it and collect it unless there's an obstacle in my way. If I watch the walkthrough, I should definitely be able to get the ladybug. But my puppy just stands there repeatedly baking while I reposition the puppy and the cursor and nothing happens.
ReplyDeleteWith a few tweaks to reduce the pixel hunt aspect, this could be a really fun game. Right now, it's just too frustrating for reasons that have nothing to do with puzzle difficulty.
