The game just went a little wonky on me....the scene disappeared when I was trying to get out of the well...now I have a half white screen and the well is just showing at the bottom and I can't find the hotspot!...a big BUG!!!!

ReplyDeletePhew! I had a hard time cutting that picture! When I took the scissors the inventory disappeared, and clicking to get it back again, the scissors disappeared. After a long while of moving my cursor over the "items" sign, it finally stayed open even with scissors in hand.

ReplyDeleteWell I got Ellie's first bug - the puzzle piece glued itself to my cursor. When i restarted, i just turned the two right valves to vertical and the well was empty! I didn't mess with the round valves at all! Now trying to cut the picture - eight puzzle pieces so far...

Btw, the other bug, when the screen is cut in half appears mostly if you click too fast on the ladders (double click), then you can reverse the bug sometimes by double clicking the ladders again.
I restarted, and now, the inventory opened by itself and I can't close it ! This game is very buggy !

ReplyDelete@zoz, it's ok to touch the pieces as long as you are in the view with the empty frame where they all go. Pick them up and place them, but don't try to carry them around lol.

WALKTHROUGH
ReplyDelete- Warning! Don’t try to open the puzzle pieces inventory and click them except for when in the view with the empty frame on the wall – starting view. They’ll stick to your cursor and make you restart.
- Another warning! Don’t click too fast on the ladders – no double clicks that is. It might make your screen jump away a bit, and if you’re lucky you can get it back by double clicking ladders again. If you’re not lucky – restart.
To find your items, scroll over the “items” box in lower right corner. Do the same in lower left corner for the puzzle pieces.
Turn left.
Take PIECE #1 and a BOTTLE OF POISON from the table.
Go up the ladder.
Take the PIN from the dolls upper ear.
Go right.
Move the middle lever to make it vertical. Leave the other two horizontal.
Take PIECE #2 from the middle lower part of the screen.
Turn right, go up and turn left.
Take SCISSORS from the table.
Go left.
Use the bottle of poison on the plant and get PIECE #3 from behind it.
Go left.
The well should be empty if you put the levers like – I – (middle up).
Click to get inside the well.
Go down one screen (one up from bottom of the well).
Click the wall of the well, right side of the rope, a little below middle (8th row from bottom, middle stone). Find PIECE #4 Thanks @Lia!.
Go down the well to the bottom.
Find PIECE #5, a KEY and the BRICK you clicked above.
Go up the well, all the way right, down the ladder and one step left.
Move the right lever to make it vertical.
Go left.
Use the key to open the drawer.
Get a CAMERA and PIECE #6.
Go down and right twice.
On the pipe should be a balloon now (the levers upstairs pointing: I – –).
Use the pin to break the balloon and get PIECE #7.
Go right.
Use the camera on the picture in the wall.
Use your scissors on the photo you took to get PIECE #8.
(It might be a bit tricky to take the scissors and then make the inventory stay when you scroll “items” to cut the photo, but keep trying. It’s possible.)
Go down and left.
You should see some green liquid in the three tubes.
Make them all the same level by clicking the valves.
The door below them opens and you get PIECE #9.
(If you have a hard time seeing the levels of the liquid – make it disappear in all three pipes)
Take PIECE #10 from the floor below the pipes.
Turn left.
Take PIECE #11 inside the thing in the floor.
Place the brick on top of that thing and it goes down.
Go left and see another thing with PIECE #12.
(It’s not there if you don’t place the brick)
Go all the way right, up the ladder and left twice.
Place one puzzle piece at a time in the frame in the wall (click to turn them around).
When all 12 are there – you win!

To sum up....lots of bugs and freezing of screens, and a 5 minute game took over an hour???? LMAO!!!

ReplyDeleteYou don't have to restart if you get a puzzle piece stuck to your cursor; just right click (that will freeze the piece) and then use the cursor as normal to go left or right. The piece will re-stick to your cursor but keep doing this trick till you've reached the picture frame and can get rid of it.
