    ReplyDelete
  47. @zoz, I played around randomly and got opened, sorry I cant really help more.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I had to start over zoz and try from left to right in stead of top to bottom and then it was easy. Just a bit of luck on where you start is needed for that puzzle. It resets if you back out, that helps.

    ReplyDelete
  49. You can double click on the wooden thing, and you can seperate it into two pieces. Close it and double click on the firecracker. Open it up for gun powder. The you can click on gunpowder and place it in wooden thing. (Still don't know why though)

  51. firecracker? the red thing with thread?

    ReplyDelete
  52. Does anyone know the 4-digit code for the gold box?

    ReplyDelete
  53. Yes, Christina. It calls it a firecracker when you do that. Before that, it was only a metal ring. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  54. Hold that thought @Mead, say what? My fire cracker can't be opened! Would you mind being more specific on where to click?

  57. How late am I? Slept in this morning :)

    ReplyDelete
  58. Arrrgh! I can't remember how to open it. maybe I used the knife, because I don't have that anymore. But now I opened the bowl with oil and wick (oil lamp), and took the wooden thingy with the gunpowder and clicked on the wick. Now it's lit.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I can't get any powder! HELP!!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Where did you find the knife????

    ReplyDelete
  61. Knife is from top of cabinet with "arrow" drawers. The round part, I believe was the arrow point. Now I can't light the candle.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  64. @Rachel, scroll down and click on any of the 3 Japanese texts in blue to get in... echoooo

    ReplyDelete
  65. Super annoying. Lighting the candle is a pixel hunt.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Good you're out @Mead... knife please?

    ReplyDelete
  67. Aah, you open the top under the plant with the nail for the knife.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Christina, was that where the knife was?

    ReplyDelete
  69. Thanx Edgar! I was about to ask! LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  70. Yes, not the arrow cb, but the metal ring next to it. Pixelhunting for the candle now.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Thanks @Christina!! To get the knife use the nail on the right edge of the top.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Aside from that annoying circle puzzle, and the pixel hunt for lighting the candle, the rest is just a hunt and combine. Any questions on this one?

    ReplyDelete
  73. Did you light the candle while placed?

    ReplyDelete
  74. Got the powder, put it inside the wooden bar and used it on the bowl with oil and thread. It's lit now.

    ReplyDelete
  75. >Christina - No. I had to open the oil lamp, and then click somewhere to the upper right of it with the candle.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Night all. thanks for the fun time.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Open the oil lamp, than put the wick in the fire. Have to go now, bye, nice seeing you :-D

    ReplyDelete
  78. Wish someone could give the exact pixel on the candle... pffft!

    ReplyDelete
  80. sheesh, a lot of pixel hunting!

    ReplyDelete
  81. Lamp gives the 4-dig code and the exit key... finally! PHEW!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Zoz? You still here? Can't wiki the puzzle cause I don't know what it's called! Grrrr!

    ReplyDelete
  83. ...ehm, really late now. Goodnight and thanks all.

    ReplyDelete
  84. zoz is still here, but I think it's time I threw in the towel. Maybe tomorrow I'll have better luck. At least I know this one is solvable (unlike the Hex Escape). It's just not solvable by me at 2:30 a.m.
goodnight all! Gongtats @Edgar and everyone who's out, and good luck @jillydoc and everyone who isn't!

    ReplyDelete
  85. @Edgar, Thanks. I've tried the wall puzzle several times and seem to always be off by 2 to interchange ... "Frustrating Puzzle Solvers Night Club" GREAT!

    ReplyDelete
  86. Seriously irritating. I'm with you PCA, always two off. Tried Googling but no luck. Will try tomorrow. I HATE slider puzzles! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  87. I have to agree with zoz on the puzzle: AAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Finally! Got the "Wooden appliance".
Also have an oil flask, a bit of rope, nail (used), and the puzzle box.
No sign of clues for the number codes and haven't gotten the handles/arrows solved yet. Tried the 1st 3 arrows at the to and the others at the bottom and tried them in left to right order. Is it the rings or the solid bits that correspond to the arrows?

    ReplyDelete
  89. @PuzzledinCA: If you go to the chair next to the bed, there's arrows there. Those are the directions for the drawer handles. The top of the coffee table opens and there's a firecracker inside. I'm stuck on the slider-type puzzle.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Poured oil in metal bowl and added rope wire -- trying to catch up on the comments.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Very good game - thanks for the hint with nail on top of drawer for knife Christina!!!

    ReplyDelete
  92. GAAH!! I'm always 1 or 2 positions out! I think I'll go and do the other games for a bit.

    ReplyDelete
  93. @Rachel, if you're still there. I've tried to apply the arrows clue to the drawer handles, but cant get it to work.

Solving the ring/sliders seems to take a bit of luck -- as is stated above, you can back out and start over. I did this several times and eventually it all fell into place!

Used nail to right under plant above metal ring cupboard to get knife.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Got the firecracker -- had written the code down wrong! First 3 arrows on top, 2nd two on bottom.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Ah! The wood stick with the gun powder is a lighter!

    ReplyDelete
  96. To light candle take it out of lamp.
Open oil lamp in inventory, drag candle onto it.

Gives number for code box, which gives purple star key to exit.

  134. @ Андрей

    ReplyDelete
  135. Use knife on red thing to get gunpowder.

    ReplyDelete
  136. Red thing? Where is that?

    ReplyDelete
  138. Alexander, you beat me to it,
    I came up with this solution;

    Wheels:
    A B
    C D

    Solution:

    A3,D2,C1,B1,D2,C1,B1,D1,B1,D1

    ReplyDelete
  139. Still no walkthrough? I am disappointed in the regulars.

    ReplyDelete
  140. Under the table on the horizontal bar that connects the two legs there is a drawer handle for 5 drawer cabinet near bed scene. Once that is installed, you can click on drawer handles and turn them, which I assume is how you get one to open and carry you forward. Wish someone would have said so... it really is no fun getting stuck on one game for two days!

    ReplyDelete
  141. Walkthrough

To get into game, press any of the blue buttons that stand side by side. To use objects, drag them.

Click on table – get drawer knob

Turn right. Notice locked cupboard with two empty drawers. Click left of cupboard and on floor to find ring.

Next to cabinet stands a candlestick. You can raise its shade. View bottom of candlestick. Obtain nail from horizontal bar.

Turn right. Another cupboard. Click on its top to obtain code box.

Turn right. Click on screen and obtain yellow wick.

Click on two wall hangings to get to bedroom area. Right wall hanging hides a safe.

Turn left and you can see bed. Click on bedside table for arrow code.

Turn right and click on bed. Find safe code between latticed back.

Back out and click mid of bed frame (bottom part) for view with golden key. Use nail on key to obtain it.

Turn left and click floor by foot of the bed. New view with green bottle which you can take.

Turn right. You see dresser with 5 drawers. Insert missing knob that you have in inventory. Now you can turn knobs according to arrow code. It is the rounded part of the knob that defines direction. Once done correctly top will open and you find a stick of dynamite.

Turn left and open safe using code from bed. It’s tricky. People have posted a possible solution. I did it randomly and eventually got it opened. Get wooden appliance.

Click on 4 drawer cabinet. Click on plant on top. Use nail on right side of cabinet top to lift it and obtain knife.

Use ring on drawer to obtain metal cup. Fill cup with oil from green bottle and insert wick.

Use knife on dynamite and obtain gun powder.

Click on wooden appliance till it opens and fill with gun powder. Then click on it again to produce spark and light wick.

Use key on locked cabinet to obtain candle.

    Light candle from wick.

Insert on candlestick and use code from shade on box.
    Take purple key and exit.

Gosh, it’s hard work doing walkthroughs, now I see why nobody rushed to do this one :)

    ReplyDelete
  142. @Tania: Thanks for doing it!! I couldn't get the wooden appliance to give a spark after I put gun powder in it. Had to quit. Very pixely game.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Zoe, you just click on it once you open its icon. The lid goes back on and it works like a lighter. But to be honest I am not 100% sure whether I had the icon of the wick open in the background or not. It's worth replaying so that you get the satisfaction you did it, you know?

    ReplyDelete
  144. I cant light the stupid castle!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  145. Addendum to WT:
    - RING is under cb right of door (NOT the one left of candlestick!)
    - to light wick, double-click on built oil lamp & drag wooden appliance on lamp
    - to light candle, double-click on built oil lamp & drag MIDDLE of candle in fire

    ReplyDelete
  146. Help please, I just starting I cant find the nail on the floor lamp. Been clicking for the past 10 minutes. i clicked every inch of the bar on the lamp cant find it

    ReplyDelete
  147. caught this on the replay, but I wasn't impressed. And I thought I usually liked Flash512 games.

Much too pixelly! I don't know how many times I had to drag the candle to light it and the ring to fix the knob. Boo! DX

    Out with the walkthrough.

    ReplyDelete
  148. I agreee with kkf - too pixelly
