  2. At lvl 57. Thanks again! Well, maybe my confusion will help someone coming after looking for clues.

    ReplyDelete
  3. I need to take a break now. See you later!

    ReplyDelete
  4. Got myself a cup of coffee. Continue my research on 57.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Solved level 57.

Identify the animal on the left column, combine it with the animal on the right and what do you get? The PW!

It's kind of a rebus thing actually.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Thanks @Edgar! Had the h**** and the b*** already but didnt think of crossing them that way.

    ReplyDelete
  7. I don't like the looks of level 58... :S

    ReplyDelete
  8. I have the h**** and b*** too but can't find the right password.

    ReplyDelete
  9. @edgar, hugs! You know what, I even tried the chocobo.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Hate that blinking screen on level 58.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Ehm... I've tried for a long time and still haven't figure out what the meaning of it... CHOCOBO??

Well, going to the level now :P

    ReplyDelete
  12. Staring at the numbers and X's. Still no clue to what to do here. Tried some addition, and some cut and paste but nothing good yet.

    ReplyDelete
  13. @edgar, ellie. I'm playing mastermind. :)

    ReplyDelete
  14. Should we have to play jigsaw again?
I can make a 12x9 grid with them...

    ReplyDelete
  15. oh, really Ruff? Hmm...

    ReplyDelete
  16. I'm getting numbers Ruff!!
I'll worry about a possible order later on.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I've finished the top row and the bottom right. The bottom left and middle are most difficult due to duplicate numbers.

BTW I'm not even sure whether I'm on the right track or not. I just follow my instinct. If you have any other ideas, please let me know.

    ReplyDelete
  18. @Ruff, 4th set (bottom left) has to be wrong.
Have you worked on that one?

    ReplyDelete
  19. I have done them all but cannot find answer.

    ReplyDelete
  20. NVM just noticed that I've made a mistake. Gotta redo that one.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I have all but the 4th from top done too. Need to check that one again.

    ReplyDelete
  22. @edgar, ellie. I've sent you my results, please verify them for me. I'm blind already.

    ReplyDelete
  23. @edgar, you're right. There must be an error in the bottom left. The clues don't make sense.

    ReplyDelete
  24. My same numbers Ruff.
Why they don't make game authors as they used to???
    Hey @author! Fix 4th set!

    ReplyDelete
  25. @Ruff, they are good, but it HAS to be a mistake in the 4th one.
Either all on middle row should be red, or the two on bottom row both be green.
    I would say: 1406 or 7456

    ReplyDelete
  26. @Ruff, shouldnt you change place with the two last numbers in top left?

    ReplyDelete
  27. @Ruff, on a second look, check your 1st set. Either you have it wrong or you made a typo.

    ReplyDelete
  28. @ellie, it's a typo in the email. My result is 2375.

    ReplyDelete
  29. 4th set could be right if last row of X's were GGRR.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I added the sets to get letters, but no anagram for them. Not even trying all letters for the 4th.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I'm assuming 4th set is MCDXVI

What to do from here? Any ideas?

    ReplyDelete
  32. I assume it's a 12-letter answer. I add then convert.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Trying... few vowels and many J's...

    ReplyDelete
  34. I have tried all 24 combinations of those 4 digits but no good. If the clues for that set of numbers are incorrect, we might have excluded a correct number !!! :(

    So frustrated with this level!

    ReplyDelete
  35. I'm going to nordinho and send a pm to IAGT to verify this set of numbers and clues.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Sent IAGT a pm. Now waiting for his reply.

It's a good time to take a break. See you guys tomorrow!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Nice playing with you @Ruff. CU!

    ReplyDelete
  38. See you @Ruff! Thanks for your help today!

    ReplyDelete
  39. You guys are great; it's nice to have you as partners.

    @ellie, you need some sleep!

  41. Help please on LEVEL 11

I see the letters ERNO.. but have looked through all the comments and know that I am missing letters. Can someone help please. My neck is stiff from trying to figure out these letters!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. @enjoy, you need to find 3 more. Remember the wider stroke can be split into two.

    ReplyDelete
  43. @ Ruff I have been working on it.. I think I might see a "P" but I am so stuck. can you email me the rest?

    ReplyDelete
  44. LOoking again and I see LNPERNO.. but it doesn't anagram.

    ReplyDelete
  45. woo hoo.. I just used a scrabble solver and guessed and got it right! :)

    ReplyDelete
  46. Stuck on 17 - Everyone seemed to breeze through this one.

I am starting from the "N" and going E5, S2 etc.. and I get the letters AVIGATE.. but it is not working! Help!!

    ReplyDelete
  47. @ edgar.. I got it :) forgot to include the "N"

    ReplyDelete
  48. lol @EnJoy!!! Oh, well. I'm around just in case :)

    ReplyDelete
  49. BTW @EnJoy, so glad to see you good again (or much better, at least)... and ready to crack around!

    ReplyDelete
  50. @ Edgar.. still sick. I have been down for 2 weeks now. this pneumonia keeps hanging on. Went to Los Angeles for a few days to get warm, but it was cold and rainy!

Stuck on 18 now. I got the first word that begins with a P...... then the second word that starts with a D...... -- now the last clue says "fantasy" and I don't know what to do!

    ReplyDelete
  51. @ Edgar... POP got 18 now.. going to call it a night.

    ReplyDelete
  52. @ Edgar.. can you email me Level 19. The code and Ellie's clue is not making any sense.

Going to bed now, may not keep doing this one, I am too far behind!

    ReplyDelete
  53. See you soon EnJoy. Get better!!

    ReplyDelete
  54. @EnJoy!!!! So glad to see you here!!! I hope you'll get much better from that pneumonia!

For lvl 19, in the source the two rows of numbers tells you in which order to rearrange the columns. place column 1 on 4th place, column 2 on 9th place column 3 on 14th place and so on.
Then read the 4 rows, the red parts only. They are longer and shorter and gives you dots and dashes.
There are 4 rows, but 5 letters, you need to split the second row in 2 parts so that you can get 2 letters from that row. First letter C (top row is dash-dot-dash-dot). Second letter is dot dash dot .-.
    I hope you'll get it!

I'm off to work now and cant play for many hours, just went here to see if we had more info from 58 now. Will be back tonight to try some more.
    @Ruff... I did sleep :)

    ReplyDelete
  55. can anyone help me on 34?
can't get even after reading your comments:(

    ReplyDelete
  56. @fab,

I think 34 was the bug one. Here X is a number. It's certain kind of bug... b*****. Search the number with the word. Think music.

I am stuck at 58. I've solved all except 4th one. But with the letters I don't get any anagram.

    ReplyDelete
  57. We're all stuck at the same place @faltu. @Ruff tried to contact the author in Nordinho about the mistake in the 4th set, but there was no much activity last night, and they were a couple of levels behind of us. Hopefully we'll have news very soon.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Nordinho has solved 58, 59 and 60 to get temporary end. They were all behind us. I don't know how they solve 58. I am not a member there. So I assumed you have solved also.

It is surprising that they have not mentioned any error.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Well, the author is a member of their community. It might be a matter of pride. And like you faltu, I still haven't had the need to create an account there...

Just went there to read, and apparently the riddle will go on to 100 levels. I think it's great. I really like this riddle, despite the errors (but looking forward not to see them anymore).

    ReplyDelete
  60. still not geting:(
    want more help
    anyone here?

    ReplyDelete
  61. Oh, Edgar I'm sorry, I thought you are a member!

Certainly there is a error but they just do not give any clue. I have tried to add the remaining five numbers to get five letters and choosing all the alphabet for remaining one.. but no anagram. How to get twelve letters?

@fab, You must know the name of the music group just search for their xth a****.

    ReplyDelete
  62. @fab, still stuck on level 34?

The beetle should make you think of the famous band from Liverpool. X on it means #10. As faltu said, think music (album).
Let me know if you need more..

    ReplyDelete
  63. @faltu, no sorry! LOL
You know, we're not sure it's 12 letters. It could be 6 only. Ruff suggested 12 for her to be able to split each set in order to add up better to get letters out of each pair of numbers, but they don't give good ones.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Good morning, guys! No good news yet. I'm still waiting for the reply. I'm kind of new there and don't have a good connection.

    ReplyDelete
  65. thanx for ur help faltu but i think i'll have to leave
am not getting after so many hints

    ReplyDelete
  66. OK Ruff, "stand-by" mode then.

    ReplyDelete
  67. I have tried to solve it as a string of letters to get some sentence. Because if you add them up then positions are not relevant anymore. but not getting a meaningful sentence.

I am playing from India, so when I play you all sleep so don't get much chance to play live with you. But you always left great hints, so it is easy for me to follow.

    ReplyDelete
  68. @edgar, time is not wasted here. I am trying to find the Last Enigma's 2nd bonus level. Also I am trying to fill up those hof forms. It takes so much time to fill those.

    ReplyDelete
  69. @fab, HUGE spoiler for level 34:
@Rest of players, Warning, DO NOT open this link to avoid being totally spoiled. It directs to the straight answer.
    http://www.jpgr.co.uk/pcs7070.html

    ReplyDelete
  70. lol @edgar. Love your way of posting spoilers.

    ReplyDelete
  71. @fab,

Edgar just gave the answer. Search for Beatles' 10th album. It's y***** s********.

    ReplyDelete
  72. I have to go out in 10 minutes. See you this evening.

    ReplyDelete
  73. thanx everyone
    now to 35

    ReplyDelete
  74. @Hi Ruff!

For past few levels you were brilliant. Just bring some of your intuition and imagination here also. It's sad that we are again behind after going ahead.

    ReplyDelete
  75. By Ruff and Edgar! Going to cook now! See you again hopefully when you will all reach temp. end!

    ReplyDelete
  76. @faltu, I have forgotten to answer your query regarding why I am trying to add those numbers. I am adding the top row to the bottom row in order to eliminate the zero in the top middle set of numbers.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I have difficulties with the sound file on level 48. I copy and paste this http://www.wikiupload.com/PYQRUNFDU93GJ59
but the wikiupload keeps telling me that the file was not found. So what now?

    ReplyDelete
  78. @talron, for level 48,
    - first record the file with a program, for example EasyRecorder.

    - Then convert it to .wav format using for example http://media.io/

    - After that, use your .wav file to detect DTMF tones, like here:
    http://www.dialabc.com/sound/detect/index.html

When you have the list of the tones, use them to solve the password.

I'll try to upload my sound, but never uploaded a sound file before. Maybe you can get it yourself, or someone else will post again.

    ReplyDelete
  79. @talron, try with this, i have just uploaded it. But as the other links i suppose it will be removed soon.
    http://www.wikiupload.com/GX9MZ84KBEET4U2

Stuck at 58 with you all. Thanks for the hints.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Here's the WAV file uploaded to another site. Hope it lasts longer.

    http://www.zshare.net/audio/86989499a19c3a03/

    ReplyDelete
  81. Welcome to 58 @Brian! I'm still as stuck as last night, staring at my numbers and trying to find new ways to use them.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Hi.
If there is no mistake in the level, then the wrong group can be the key or a map for all the numbers. Tried this but i got nowhere.

Also the title and the bottom points can might be relevant? In morse they translate to S.

I also tried to combine the five numbers obtained with the five in the wrong group.

    Maybe only wrong thoughts.

    ReplyDelete
  83. @Ellie & Brian (and all the dispensers of good hints) Thank you. I've got 48

    ReplyDelete
  84. I've been trying with 1406 for so long now.
It could just as well be 8406, if upper row has only 2 correct. Well, still no anagram from there.
Or maybe there is nothing wrong in the level and I should think in another way.

    ReplyDelete
  85. I got an egg in level 58!!

4th set is wrong. It should have ONLY 2 green X's!
    Then no conversion needed.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Thank @Edgar!! Got the egg too!! So, my new guess was the correct one :D
Looking for the answer to the egg now!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Sorry! Too excited here.
I meant, TOP ROW in 4th set must have only 2 green X's.

    ReplyDelete
  88. @talron, yw. I forgot to add in my comment that it was Edgar who recorded the file.

@Ellie, maybe there is no mistake in the level. And the fact that the 4th group is wrong might indicate something.

    ReplyDelete
  89. 59 now!! Google the egg words and add the word "game". Found a page with the answer.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Ohhh. Forget my previous post. So another wrong level..aaargh. Thanks Edgar, will try this.

    ReplyDelete
  91. That did it @Ellie, thanks!!
EG24 way rocks! We've beat the odds against a defective level!
    Brian, everyone, catch up!

    ReplyDelete
  92. Had to be away due to work and I'm ready to leave. See you in about an hour.

Don't solve too much, LOL! Want to be there at the END!! :P

    ReplyDelete
  93. 59 there is a clue hidden in the source

    ReplyDelete
  94. Great @brian! Now, in 59... that love is everywhere!! Not at the right place yet.

    ReplyDelete
  95. I know, but still... that doesn't help much.

    ReplyDelete
  96. In the wiki, searching the author, i have found that it is placed in 23 different places. Still trying too.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Finally got it!! Loading 60! I looked at the wiki list, then googled the places together with love and the clue in source. Start from bottom of the list...

    ReplyDelete
  98. @brian, it's at more than 23 places. Look for a list of places. The answer isn't in USA.

    ReplyDelete
  99. And, when googling the places, look at google images.

    ReplyDelete
  100. That DIY in 60... looks like it's gonna take me a while to decipher. Made up?

    ReplyDelete
  101. ...still searching in 59, i only find images with trees around. And the ones inside buildings don't look like the image.

    ReplyDelete
  102. @brian, did you go to the wiki page of that sculpture? Below "versions" in the text is a list, go there, then go outside the US. If you google the places on that list together with love sculpture and look at pics, you'll see the right place as a top result.

    ReplyDelete
  103. I'm back. Reading your comments and trying to solve 59.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Must have made a mistake on 60... need to do it again, or another way. I didn't find the correct alphabet. Could have been Turkish, from the clue, but couldn't see a good one. Tried to decipher manually, but well... doing it again.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Ehm, Ellie? No luck here. You said outside the States?

    ReplyDelete
  106. Yes, it's in another country. That list isn't very long, and it's not in a park.

    ReplyDelete
  107. No luck, LOL. Thanks @Ellie. I am at this page since a long time ago, but i am kinda blind now or something similar. I have only 8 left thanks to your hints. Will give it another try for some minutes.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Hm... don't try the name of the city but the actual place it's in.

    ReplyDelete
  109. you also see it in a pic if googling love sculpture and just the country name, but the password is the name of that specific "building".

    ReplyDelete
  110. Why can't I see it? Ive been doing what you suggest but... well, googling again.

    ReplyDelete
  111. I solved it by trying names and without actually looking any pic of it. Loading 60 now.

    ReplyDelete
  112. @Brian, I can see the LOVE pic alright (once I know the answer). My problem is that I often google using quotation marks. If you are, remove them.

    ReplyDelete
  113. I'm back! Saw that you have solved 58. Please help! No useful reply from Nordinho.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Hi again @Ruff! There was a mistake in the 4th, but on top row. Only two correct, not three. The correct number to use is 8406, then don't make letters, just enter it all.

    ReplyDelete
  115. @Ruff! Good to see you back! The level IS defective!
2 green on top row of 4th set and no conversion.

Now in level 60. Strange alphabet, but I think I just found a suitable one.

    ReplyDelete
  116. @ellie, thanks. Going to try it now.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Solved level 60.

Assign a letter of alphabet to the symbols to decipher the final password. The problem with this is when you give a symbol its actual letter, and cryptogram solvers won't work, so make sure to give the commonly used letters to the less repeated symbols and viceversa.

    TEMP END!! :D

    ReplyDelete
  118. I feel stupid today! I could not find anything related to the egg on 58.

    ReplyDelete
  119. I didn't know that @Edgar, that they won't work if you make it that way. I tried that before, but gave the common letters the ones mostly used, so maybe i was right about some. Will try it again. Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  120. @Ruff, google egg + "game"

    ReplyDelete
  121. @Ruff, google the egg and the word game.
You'll find a specific name of a version of the game.

    ReplyDelete
  122. TY so much! Got it now.

    ReplyDelete
  123. Cryptogram solvers are design to always change the values, so if you get to give a symbol its true value, you'll get... well, nothing!

    ReplyDelete
  124. Third time restarting on 60... making too many mistakes.

    ReplyDelete
  125. On 60 now. Didn't found the image. And not sure why but wiki did not help. Maybe something related to different versions in different languages.

    Congrats @Edgard!!

    ReplyDelete
  126. Thanks @brian.

I think I mislead you with using a "suitable" alphabet. You don't need one. DIY = Do It Yourself.

    ReplyDelete
  127. YAY!!! I must have gotten some letters correct again, because not all of the words I got were actual words. Anyway... got the letters I needed and SOLVED LVL 60!!! GREAT GAME!!

    ReplyDelete
  128. Thanks you too @Ruff!
Feeling kind of lonely out here. Solve it!!

    ReplyDelete
  129. I hate writing in runes :(

    ReplyDelete
  130. I know that feeling @ruff! Don't wait until you get a full sentence... try if you have some words at least.
Also, different solvers gave me different words, but the most important ones are the four last ones, and the three letter word.

    ReplyDelete
  131. And, all the letters of the alphabet should be used. 26 different runes.

    ReplyDelete
  132. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Argh!! Don't mind me. There's no mistake in the level at all. Oxen is the word. (blushing)

    ReplyDelete
  134. Thanks @Edgar!
And a GREAT THANK YOU @everybody that played and helped me on so many levels!! Now, looking forward to some more levels to come!

    ReplyDelete
  135. Finally !! 60 temp-end.
My computer crashed using PH solver. LOL.
    Thanks for all the help.

    congrats @Ellie.

    ReplyDelete
  136. @brian, I find Purple Hell's cryptogram solver slow and not very accurate. Maybe it's just me. I use this other:
    http://www.blisstonia.com/software/WebDecrypto/index.php

At first, I thought there was no message in the text, because I made a mistake and got what I thought were random words. But it's the last word what mattered and that one was correct.

So, Congrats to you too @brian!! Thanks for sharing your time and efforts throughout the journey. Hope to see you again when the new levels are out :-)

    ReplyDelete
  137. Thanks. Yes, will check next days to see if new levels are uploaded. Cu all.

I quit now. Need a long break.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Ruff!! You did it!! YAY!! Congrats hug!

Now, faltu is sleeping, but hopefully he and others will eventually join the party :P

    ReplyDelete
  139. Congrats @Ruff and @Brian!!!

    ReplyDelete
  140. TY! I submitted the first HOF last night. I am now filling the 2nd HOF.

    ReplyDelete
  141. I could finally get the whole correct sentence, but I can't get PurpleHell to solve it. Have to use another cryptogram solver to get the correct words, like the one Edgar posted.

    ReplyDelete
  142. @ellie and @edgar, thank you for staying long after you have finished the game.

    ReplyDelete
  143. It's celebration, Ruff! And brian is right.. we all deserve a break now :)

    ReplyDelete
  144. I am very lucky to be able to play this game live with you guys. Thank you so so much for all the great hints and patience. Hope to meet you all in another game.

    ReplyDelete
  145. OK.. I throw in the towel on Level 24 - Doodle God.. Have been trying to combine things and am not getting very far. I see that is should be "b...t"

    I have Earth + swamp + lava + air + swamp + energy.

not sure how to combine the for the equation...

    ReplyDelete
  146. POP again.. used a scrabble word finder with B???T and guessed!

    ReplyDelete
  147. LOL @EnJoy! Every way to solve the levels is a good way! I won't stay any longer tonight, but will check back every now and then to see if you or anyone else need some help. Good luck!

    ReplyDelete
  148. Stuck again on 26 (the fears)

    I have:
    Blue = C
    Poison = T
    Numbers = N
    Iron = ?? M
    Frogs = R
    Home = O or D
    Snow = C
    Fish = I

  151. @EnJoy, four wrong ones.

You'll find almost all of them here (but watch out... there are two different ones for numbers and it's not N):

For poison, go here it's not T:

  152. Need help for level 53 - love/hate sets of numbers. I see the odd/even; I see 17; but I don't know where to take it from there.

    ReplyDelete
  153. @talron, the LOVE numbers show you the ones you need to pick from the 26 sets of numbers above (1 per a letter in the alphabet). HATE (reject) the ones that don't fulfill with the right condition.
You should end with 14 sets to anagram a word (14-letter long).

  154. Hi Edgar.

SOLVED 60. Joining the party. Cheers!!!!

  155. Congratulations to all the temp-enders!

Now, please help on 54 - the chess game moves.
Questions: do the "N"'s in the source refer to the 128 moves in the spa tournament? Which spot shoud I choose, the black or the white? What is the significance when a number follows or preceeds the N? Am I going in the right direction?

    ReplyDelete
  156. @talron, you're going in a great direction!
You need to look at EITHER the white or the black move for each of those 8 numbers.
The position of the N tells you which one to choose, if the N is first, use the second column, if last, use the first column.

Then, you need the MOVE, so both start and end point. The position you have in the source is the end point.
After that, some counting in the alphabet, some subtraction and addition, and finally anagramming.

I've seen different people having different mistakes with the last 8 letters that should anagram to the pw... some get a J and some a T... there shouldnt be any of those, but two L's are needed.

  157. Oh, but @talron... sorry! You're in the wrong game too. Look for baden-baden, 124 moves.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Thanks Ellie! I will work on it now. BTW: The pirate (not pilot) is back on N (LOL)

  166. @MK - Welcome back

I am re-loading level 46 to see if I can give you a hand...still loading...

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  168. @talron, if you know what WW means in n***p**, then use it to change the dimension. You will see the answer.

    ReplyDelete
  169. @talron, when you are changing the dimension, keep looking for the "answer" on the first column.

  170. People! Yay! Hi @Ruff and @talron! I'm looking at mirrored maze hypnotized. I don't get what I'm supposed to be doing. It could be lack of coffee + jetlag, but still...nudge me? Do I have to do something other than flip the image?

I was cruising Nord too and it seems this one was pretty easy. :s ruh roh

    ReplyDelete
  171. @talron typed in ragan and got "nope" instead of "access denied" so it's close maybe?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  173. It became impossible for me to load anything. Something must be wrong with the server. Neither 46 nor 47 will load and now I tried to load the xyz extension (for 56) and it does not load either. I will come back to it later.

  176. @mkganda!!!!!!!! Welcome back!!!
I'm here now. For the level with the mirrored maze, go to PH and look for "betamaze"

    ReplyDelete
  177. @mkganda, please check your inbox.

    ReplyDelete
  178. @talron, you can download the .x** file using n***p**. Create a new text file, open it, click File-Open, then enter the url of the .x** file in the filename box and click open. Save it.

  185. Did you try this one? (I never did)
    http://www.zshare.net/audio/86989499a19c3a03/

To record the sound I used "Hi-Q Recorder" program, but I know of another good one, "Easy Recorder"

I come and go to check on you @mkganda (not really here for too long), but I'm glad Ruff is around as well :)

    ReplyDelete
  186. Thank you for that too. I really like this one and want to get to 60 before the new levels get here. :)
