1 = Vodka
2 = lime
(so 3 must be the ginger ale).
(The ginger ale just says "are often cold")
When I try to mix, I get (Google translate):

It won't go in fridge and so I tried the AC. No luck. Poor bear!
After finding all ingredients as said in the comments above use them on the table in the bedroom. First put the mug on it, then the bottles, the spoon and at last the lime slice. After that you can go out.

ReplyDeleteYou are Actress T, feeling very sorry for yourself and moping around you apartment.
Even your teddy bear on the couch is sad.
Check her bag - "The bag has been sewn."
Turn left.
The bottom 3 drawers of the black cabinet open. From the left one, take a REMOTE.
The red box needs a 3-letter code.
Look closely at the 3 red-framed pictures on the wall.
- The first one is "Rainy Season and Cattle" = Uki and Ushi
- The second one Cane and Sushi (Tsue to sush)
- The third one is "Wrinkles and stones" = Shiwa to Ishi.
Try USI, the box doesn't open, but sometimes "Y" is used for "I", so try "USY". Yes! Take a SHARP KNIFE.
(But you're only melancholy, not suicidal!)
Use knife on the bear's bag to get a RAINBOW HEART KEY.
Go left twice and open bedroom door with the heart key.
On the wall is a diagram -- zoom on it and see a CLUE.
Zoom on the green paper by the table. Click it twice to get a SMILEY KEY.
Now let's look at that locked cabinet. Use the key to get Vodka ♪.
Take the COPPER MUG as well.
Leave the bedroom.
Zoom on the AC unit and use the remote to turn it on. (Oh, a humidifier; "I was dry")
Note that the colorful picture is actually a safe.
Go left.
Before going into the kitchen, note that there are 2 views on the right of the screen.
Take the left of these to enter the foyer.
Click the light switch to get the COLOR CLUE (RYBG). (You have to zoom on the bedroom picture first.)
Go back to that colorful safe and use the color clue to get a bottle of LIME JUICE.
Left again.
Click on the potted plant and pick up the BAR SPOON.
Now, enter the kitchen.
Zoom on the refrigerator.
On the counter is a recipe for a Moscow Mule cocktail (your favorite!).
Click the bottom left corner and see a picture of the refrigerator and a note.
It says something about a Password.
So go to the refrigerator.
Copy and paste this in the box:
しき
("Threshold")
Open and pull out the LIME from the top shelf and the GINGER ALE from the bottom shelf.
Use "about" to see the lime, and use the knife to cut a SLICE OF LIME.
[Either the floors are clean enough to eat off or you washed the spoon!]
Now you have all the ingredients, but do you mix it in the Kitchen?
No, go back to the bedroom where the bar glasses were and set the mug on the table!
Then mix the drink in the order of the recipe:
1) Vodka ♪
2) Lime Juice
3) Ginger Ale
4) Stir with spoon (Either my floors are clean enough to eat off or I washed it in the kitchen!)
5) Slice of lime
Click on the cup to drink the completed cocktail.
("Finished... I was out there was the sound of rock.")
Go to the foyer -- the door is wide open, and there's something posted next to the door.
Save the game if you want both endings.
Two endings.
- Go out the door to the night street.
- Return to bedroom and find a note from a little boy and goodies set out on the table. There's a glass of ginger ale poured and two cushions.

@irishenigma -- It's very difficult to START and/or solve a game like this without knowing the language. Fortunately, we have so many people who contribute knowledge and insights. I love to come back to a game to learn more about the language and/or culture.

ReplyDeleteFor red box (three-letter code) what happens is:
First you turn on the AC, and then "除湿" (dehumidify) lamp turns on.
The word 除湿 consists of 除 (jo = eliminate) and 湿 (shi-tsu = humidity).
So what you have to do is to eliminate "shi" and "tsu" from the item names in the pictures.
1. Tsuyu and Ushi (Rainy Season and Cattle)
-> After elimination: yu-u (U)
2. Tsue and sushi (Cane and Sushi)
-> After elimination: e-su (S, that's how it's called in our language)
3. Shiwa and Ishi (Wrinkles and stones)
-> After elimination: wa-i (Y)
For the fridge pass, it really is a Japanese word play which is too complicated to explain here, but one thing to mention: that word, at least, does not mean "threshold" (しきい). I guess the author meant "four seasons" (I don't know why, though)
And the message which appears after Moscow Mule is completed:
"Finished... Oh I hear a lock is opened out there"
I recommend not to use machine translation; it could make things much more confusing...
