Click the top of the desk
ReplyDeleteClick the star statue to see it closely
Click the top drawer of the desk to see it needs a 4-digit desk code
Open the middle desk drawer and take the METAL TUBE
Click the metal tube in your inventory
Now click the About Item button
Click the lower end of the tube in the about item view to see the end
Now click that end view to open the TELESCOPING ROD
Back up to the overhead view
Click the floor by the near side of the bed to see under it
Use the telescoping rod to reach the PAPER
Look at the paper in the about item view and click it for hints
Back up to the overhead view
Click the colored cubbies
Click the left stack of books for the BROWN BOOK
Click the right stack of books for the BLUE BOOK
Look at each of the books in the about item view and click the middle right edges of the covers to open them
Note the writing inside
Get the REMOTE from the cubby
Back up to the overhead view and click the TV
Click the remote in your inventory and then the TV screen
Back up to the overhead view and zoom on the desk again
Click the top drawer and enter the code
Hit the long button on the codebox. If you have it correct, the books will disappear from your inventory

Back up one time and click the handle of the top desk drawer
Get the HML BOX from inside
Look at the box in the about item view
Enter the HML code and then click the handle (it will open if you have it correct)
Get the DOOR KEY
Back up to see the overhead view and zoom on the door
Use the key on the lock and escape!

Solution to the drawer code
The drawer says it needs a DESK code. You found the Disk inside the blue book so D is 4. You found the E ticket/bookmark thing in the brown book, which has a 6 on it. The S is the star statue with 4 stars. And the K is the TV (I did it by process of elimination, but @randomuser points out the TV stand is a sideways K. Duh!) So the code is SPOILER4647SPOILER
HML code
The paper you found under the bed has a hint about HML, which stands for high, medium, and low. And it has a color code. Zoom on the colored cubbies. The blue cubby has a high picture above it, the green has a low, the yellow a medium, and the red a low. The code on the paper is green, red, yellow, blue. So the order is SPOILERLLMHSPOILER
