ReplyDeleteWell, either I made a mistake myself when counting them, or the lighty things hanging from the ceiling actually match EXACTLY with the amount of dots in same color you get from the hats.
ReplyDeleteFor example, in the screen with the thing that demands a playing cards code, there is a hat with 6 yellow dots. Matches with the 6 yellow objects hanging from the ceiling on one string.

ReplyDeleteI tried 2242, 2282, 2241, 2281 on the two codeboxes, it doesn't work. I have noticed the same think as arbeitslooser about coloured dots, but that seems useless too.

ReplyDeleteThe programmer assumed that getting the numbers from the lighty thing would be too tricky for some players, so he left them as a decorative gimmick but added the hats for the less logic-savvy folks...
such a shame the first mystery house was SO good!

Get the FIRST BLUE BALL sticking out from behind the hat

Enter the numbers from the crystal ball into the chest with the black numbers
Don’t do the math. Enter the numbers exactly as the crystal ball lists them

Click the giant hat for the red clue
Use the wires as lockpicks to open the right chest

Enter the numbers as playing cards according to the order of the bottom of the wires – why you do this and don’t follow the wires to the cards, I have no idea.

I don't think this game was all that bad! Consider that we are spoiled by selfdefiant and Ainars, and when a short little game like this comes along, we're "disappointed" but they are all free, and I feel like we should give better stars for games like these because someone went to a lot of effort to make this game. I appreciate that!!
