  1. So far, screwed the back off (I think I had to click the letters and numbers from the back on the front first to do that and I think I took the screw from caps too).
And on the back I did code/lock 2, by looking at the keyboard and using those letters.

  2. I really like kaitai, but allways having problems with dismantleing.

  3. Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd Out....... Nice one, pretty quick tho'

    ReplyDelete
  4. Hint: Just keep removing keys like a madman ;)

    ReplyDelete
  5. And opened the second code/lock too. Following the directions of the keyboard.

    ReplyDelete
  6. After that I could unscrew some more and then I could take away letters/keys to show me the third code and then I could unscrew even more.

    ReplyDelete
  7. And after that it was easy. More letters/keys to take away to show you the last code to stop the bomb.
    And out.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Lol, Dabbeljuh. I hope in the game and not in real life :)

    ReplyDelete
  9. I don't get last code, I have 6 keys left on the keyboard but need only 3?

    ReplyDelete
  10. Urban, The last code has A, B, C next to them, so use the letters that are still left next to A, B and C on the game keyboard.

  11. Have to do it from begining, flash crashed

    ReplyDelete
  12. I don't get how to do the #1 lock...ercq???

    ReplyDelete
  13. POP did it....the next 4 letters are in the direction and placement that the second set is from the first!

  14. Hi nokra,

Pardon?? Could you rephrase that in dense-talk pls?

I've got the back unscrewed. Thats it.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yea!! Clio!!!!

    first you have ercq....
then dtds...d is below e...t is right of r...etc...need more?

    ReplyDelete
  16. yay...Number one lock unlocked..thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  17. The third set would be the letters below, right, above, then 1r1d from the second set of letters ....

    ReplyDelete
  18. These games are usually easier than they look...I'll stay if you want....

    ReplyDelete
  19. I cant seem to get this game. Thanks for the help nokra and small, but I jsut dont get it. Will try again another time, when I've purchased a new and brainy brain.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Clio...where are you stuck? don't go!

    ReplyDelete
  21. LOL...seriously, dont worry about it Nokra. I will try again tomorrow. I think its just one of those times when, what is obvious to all, is lost on me..

...pssst...however, a detailed walkthrough would NEVER go astray...hehehe

    ReplyDelete
  22. I'll be back later to do that...breakfast time now....!!!

  23. Honestly I think you guys give answers in the most complicated way possible because you don't want others to get it = you feel "special" by being the only ones that got it. I mean seriously, look at how you explained that puzzle - the next 4 letters are in the direction and placement that the second set is from the first! and when that clearly made absolutely no sense, you added The third set would be the letters below, right, above, then 1r1d from the second set of letters ....
again... RIDICULOUS. If you don't want others to solve it, just don't say anything. It would be better than the nonsense you post just to confuse others.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Sorry Jessica, but we don't think we're special, we're just doing our very best to help.
But if you got a question, please ask and I will try to answer it.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Was speaking to nokra, not you ST. Sorry, but it's frustrating when the person that has the answers and says they are here to help type a bunch of nonsense then say they are leaving. I probably just need breakfast, sorry.
What is the code to 1 and 2 puzzle? I have tried every combination I can think of for 1 - Ive tried CXSC and CVFS - maybe you could explain how to get those puzzles better than nokra? Or just put the solution in a spoiler.

  26. For lock 2 it was looking at keyboard of the game.
In the code panel you saw the code was above the spacebar, so on that keyboard you see the letters VBNM above that space bar and that's the code.

    For lock 1, you saw the letters above the code-box go like this;

    E-D-?
    R-T-?
    C-D-?
    Q-S-?

So the first was going from E to D and then to..
Well the next letter going down in that column on the keyboard is C

For R-T it was going right on the row of the keyboard so the next is Y.

For C-D it was going up the column and that is E

For Q-S it was diagonla goind down, so then the next is C.

    So that code is CYEC

  27. Oh Jessica!! I feel your frustration..but I promise, from the bottom of my heart that Nokra and small-tool are two of the sweetest ppl here. They would both walk over coals (and have, for me, on many occassions) to help a stuck player.

Just ask...you will be answered. Promise...even if its from me, and you get even more confused...LOL

    ReplyDelete
  28. Many times, if one gets stuck, in game there is Help, or Walk through, which frequently leads one back to here. Where one normally sees.. "I got this that and the other thing".. and did this that and the other thing. and OUT. Thanks sooo much for that.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Ahhhh....interesting....
These games are easy...but sometimes the most difficult to explain!
I am sorry Jessica got the wrong idea, but, usually when in a conversation, we give hints first...and then if asked, we give the answers. I stayed around to see if there were any further questions....then when there were none...I went on with my day...
I have had problems understanding other's explanations over and over and over.....and I always laugh at myself for not understanding, I don't attack the person trying to explain!
That is all I can say!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Wow - that was easier than usual.. out without needing to peek at the hints :)

    ReplyDelete
  31. Well, is there anyone else here who got a bit annoyed with the Twitter stuff on the right and just loaded the swf directly?

    A great idea ...because...
there's an ENGLISH version of this game!!

Flips apparently ignored it because they're now collaborating with Game.BB and so the Game.BB only gets updated once in a blue moon...so all players get is the Japanese version.

Well, try to use the address
    /game/flips2.swf?lang=en (replacing lang=ja by lang=en).

Result: you can now play in English! :)

    ReplyDelete
  32. Thanks, @arbeitlooser!!!
I was sure that this game used to have an English version! But...that does not seem to be a complete address....is it?

  33. Oh I love <3 these. Out with no help :)

  34. someone asked for a detailed walkthrough. Here ya go!

In these games, you are given an invisible screwdriver to dismantle an object. To turn or remove a screw, just click it. There will be a series of puzzles with a hint for each and then a bomb to dismantle. When you think you have the correct answer for the bomb, you rotate the bomb’s switch. If you have it correct, it won’t go boom! If you don’t, you’ll die, but you are given a button to click to go back to the bomb.

So in this one, you are to dismantle a keyboard. All of the keys on the keyboard are clickable, and I love that even the caps lock works. How cute! You click between the front and back views of it using the black button in the upper right corner.

    Removing the back cover
Click the back button in the upper right corner to see the rear of the keyboard
There is a series of numbers and letters here
Click the button (now says front) to switch to the front view
    Click those numbers and letters
    SPOILER39sjSPOILER
Click to the back and you will see there are now 4 screws you can remove
    Click the remove them

    Puzzle 1
With the back cover removed, there are 2 puzzles in the back
Click the one on the left with the blue cover
Click the cover (you can see this is puzzle 1 since there is a lock in the bottom right corner with a 1 next to it)
Watch the rotating series of letters
The first box shows E to D to ?
Look at the front of the keyboard and see that E is above D. If you go down one more, C would be below D. So E to D to ?=C.
Second is R to T. On the keyboard, T is right of R. Go right one more key and the next letter is Y.
Third is C to D. D is above C so this time we need to go up. Above D is E.
Last is Q to S. S is down right of Q. Following that same direction one more time gets us C.
    So the code is SPOILERCYECSPOILER
When you have it right, the dials stop rotating and the lock by the number 1 opens
Close that puzzle and back up one time
There is now a screw left of the puzzle box

    Puzzle 2
Click the white cover on the right side of the back of the keyboard
There is a pattern of blank squares and rectangles here
Turn over the keyboard and look for that same pattern in the keys
The easiest to recognize is the long spacebar. To the left would be ctrl and to the right would be the del keys
The puzzle wants the letters that would be over those keys
    SPOILERVBNMSPOILER
When you have it correct, the lock by the number 2 opens and 2 screws appear around the white puzzle box
Click to remove those 2 screws
Close and return to back up
Now click to remove the white puzzle box
And now remove the screw to the right of where it would have been

    ReplyDelete
  35. Puzzle 3 (shapes)
Now zoom on the black area in the middle of the keyboard back
The puzzle here is asking for a series of shapes
We haven’t see any shapes yet, but we have seen the 2 open triangles that are around this puzzle
So close, return, and flip to the front of the keyboard
Yep, there are the same triangles by Z and enter keys
Some of the keys are now loose
Click to remove all the loose keys and you will see a line snaking from Z to enter
And there are our 4 symbols
Flip to the back and enter them into the puzzle
    SPOILERWhiteCircle,BlackDiamond,X,BlackStarSPOILER
Close the box and return to the back of the keyboard
There are now 2 screws above and below the puzzle box
    Remove them
If you didn’t remove the white puzzle box and the screw on the right side of the back of the keyboard, do so now
Now remove the back of the keyboard

    Bomb!
    Zoom on the bomb
When you are ready, click the 2 screws to remove the bomb cover
    It gives the hint ABC
You have 5 minutes to enter the correct answer
Turn the keyboard over and click all of the loose keys
Tons are loose, so you should only end up with 6 left
A is next to Q, B is next to N, and C is next to D.
These are you letters for the bomb
    Enter SPOILERQNDSPOILER
Now click the switch below the bomb
It should switch to the unlit bomb position, and the light will turn green
Remove the timer/green light from the bomb
Now remove the screw and then click again to remove the bomb
Go to the front of the keyboard and remove the remaining 6 keys
4screws appear on the front – remove them
Click the keyboard cover and you win!

  36. Out with no help! These are the best games on this site!!

    ReplyDelete
  37. @nokra NO!!

Of course not. I'm not allowed to post those full links, especially if the author explicitly denied permission to publish links directly to the swf.
You do have to build them yourself, so take the base of the official one from flips (flips.jp) and then add what I posted above.
