ReplyDeleteWalkthrough - so scroll past this comment if you don't want to see spoilers.
Your goal is to go to sleep at the end of the day, with zero bars on your loneliness meter and no bad health points.
So don't go to sleep unless you want to restart.
In the bed view you will be asked if you want to go to sleep and therefore end the game. Left for "yes" and right for "no". Clicking "no" lets you turn around again and continue.
"Restart", after the darker sleep screen [showing points] is the pale green writing at the very bottom right of the screen.
Bear in mind that you have to perform tasks in a certain order for a perfect score, so try everything if you really get stuck, and use the sleep/end game to do it by trial and error. Doesn't take long. I took three goes, and I'm useless at these.
The start screen is your working view. The "turn-around" arrow on the bottom left is for going to bed.
Drag the table to the left or right and open the cupboards and drawers. Take items one at a time and put them on the table by clicking from the little hand shape [thank you, Shuchun] and dragging them to the table [thank you, Lottie].
You can only hold one item at a time
My advice is don't stack the table too high or it becomes difficult to use stuff when you need to.
The way I got a 0:0 score.....
Open the left cupboard door [not the drawers] and click the white object. It's a gas-powered hotplate.
Drag it to the table and click the little compartment on the right of it. This is where a can of gas will go, to power it.
In the open door still, is the orange can of gas. Get it and use on the litle open compartment [it should be flipped up and to the right if it is open. Close it.
Open the right cupboard door and get the cooking bowl [wok?]. Drag this to the top of the hotplate.
Now open the fridge door. Get the food..... [from my limited knowledge, it seems to be a big oval white and green thing/chinese leaves, a stringy green thing/leek or spring onion, brown half-moon things/sushi or possibly mushrooms? and a flat black thing/seaweed wrap?]
I thought the last two were sushi, but I thought the whole point of sushi was that it's raw? Please, someone put me right here?
Anyway, the chinese leaves goes in the wok first, then back on the table, then the seaweed all used, then the leek all used, and lastly the fish [funny, on playing to write his, it looks less like special sushi fish or mushrooms].
Then put the last lot of chinese leaves on the top.
Now turn the gas on [switch on the front right of the hotplate.
Listen to that sizzling - you can almost smell that lovely cooking!
You get zoomed into the clock to see time passing, so back out and click the middle drawer.
Click on the right side once it's open and get some chopsticks.
Use these on the food.
Watch he food vanish before your very ey- mouth =D
One loneliness bar goes white - you need them all white.
Put the chopsticks down in front of the hotplate.
The fridge should still be open, so grab that bottle to celebrate and put it on the table, on the left of the hotplate.
Get the glass from the fridge and put it in front of the hotplate switch.

Part two:
ReplyDeleteGet the bottle back and use it on the glass, put the bottle down and glug away at that drink. [Just click the glass and see another blue bar turn white.]
In the top drawer under the television is a remote control, so get that and use it on the screen.

Now you should see a little gleaming flash on the object just below the television. It's yout phone, and answering it will change another bar to white for you.
Have a look at that photo on the display cabinet.

Back out and lose your last blue bar [ that picture cheered me up no end, too, haha!]
Now use the turn arrow and choose to go to sleep. Click the left option and go bye-byes.
Your score should be 0 and 0.

ReplyDeleteYou are NOT supposed to click+release on the hand on the lower right like an "About Item" view in other games! You have to directly click and HOLD MOUSE BUTTON; the object you want to drag will show in a miniature view.
Boy, is this strange! But better than 10000x the same gamershood game with different graphix, no? ;P

大吟釀 - name for a special kind of sake, check it in Wikipedia if you want to know what exactly it is.

*brown half-moon things/sushi - the brown part is the fish skin...and those pieces are cod
*flat black thing - kind of seaweed

In england, chinese cabbage is sold as chinese leaves, so a least I got that part right.
