anyone here? need clue for switches behind panel... don't know where to use power cord... and card key not working...
ReplyDeleteStuck in same place.
ReplyDeleteHi @Princess... Well, glad I'm not missing something obvious. Maybe 19 on card means something?
ReplyDeleteUse wet rag on switches for clue. Still stuck though.
ReplyDeletegoing in circles. Guessing switches need to be right for card reader to work...
ReplyDeletehmm, certain combinations of switches it then says 32....8.....2.... japanese something across bottom, but doesn't seem to have done anything..
ReplyDeletewet rag also erases drawing on wall....
ReplyDeleteHopelessly stuck. Think I'll pass and wait until someone gets farther than we did. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI'm about done too. maybe a language barrier.
ReplyDeleteOh one more thing, tape cross from cart turns water faucet off and you can mop up all the water with the rag then.
ReplyDeleteyeah, thanks... I did that earlier... before picking up power cord... still have wet rag so must be another use for it..
ReplyDeleteokay, switches: udu
ReplyDeleteuud
then use card then move right to open door and out
could fill in other switches with 16, 4 and 1 to make a number pattern, but still don't know how to flip them...
ReplyDeleteoh addendum to switches: you also need to flip left switch after you set the right side
ReplyDeletethe switches flipped add up to 46
ReplyDeleteThanks @Philomena! (how did you figure out switches?) but still not working for me... are you opening a different door than the one left of card reader?
ReplyDeleteoops! different every game -- add up to no. on card
ReplyDeleteAHHH, got it now. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteyes indeed. Whatever number is on your key card, the switches you flip up must add to that number. then use key card and move left or right until you see an open door
ReplyDelete(did we ever use power cord??)
ReplyDeleteThe switches (correct combo) won't work unless you've picked up the power cord. Judging from the wires sticking out the end, it was creating a short circuit.
ReplyDeletethanks @szarra, nice to know!
ReplyDeleteFYI
ReplyDeleteClues tell you switches are binary (powers of 2)
32-16-8
4-2-1
Everyone has a different number (I had 63, which is all switches flipped up), but it didn't work until using wet rag on switches (TY @Princess!)

ReplyDeletethanx for your clue @ Puzzledineca ...
ReplyDeleteWhat to do with cord and "X" piec from grey table?
ReplyDelete@Jon D., X piece is a tap used to turn off sink
ReplyDeletecord just needs to be picked up to stop a short circuit (szarra figured out)
