I hope you guys like this game. I tried to make it easier and funnier than my first riddle.
ReplyDeleteIt's an EG24 riddle, so hints, big hints and eventually answers are allowed in the comments.
But to not spoil it too much for other players, start with little hints.
And don't forget; THIS ONLY GOES FOR EG24 RIDDLES. Other riddle makers don't allow big hints and certainly not answers.
Anyway, have fun :)
YAY!!! Thanks small-tool~

ReplyDeleteNow just for the record if this has to much foreign themes in it I may have a language barrier. "SOUND FAMILIAR".........................

ReplyDeleteHINT ON POETREBUS:
ReplyDeleteRead each part very carefully and think literal :)
Hi small-tool,I'm only on level one, when I type my answer and press enter I get a web page come up, also the same thing happens if I press answer. If my answer was right would I automaticcally go to level 2?
ReplyDeleteok, I must be a little off today. I'm already stuck on level 1. lol
ReplyDeleteyvonne...you have to type all lowercase with no spaces!
ReplyDeleteand yes if you are correct you will see the next level!
ReplyDeleteyvonne,
ReplyDeleteOnly when your answer is correct you go to level 2.
If the answer is not correct you get a webs page with something like not found.
Thank you for your quick replies :)

ReplyDeleteIs level 3 an anagram? Because I've only found the wrong one so far
ReplyDeleteAnnaby,
ReplyDeleteWhat shapes make those things?
I am terrible at anything rebus. I'm stuck on level 2 now.
ReplyDeletehaving played the other riddles I'm thinking that maybe the wrong answer in l3 might be a clue...
ReplyDeleteannaby, no anagram for the 1st part
ReplyDeleteLEVEL 2:
ReplyDeleteRead very very carefully and think WORDPLAY, there are instructions there if you LOOK closely
Very nice L2!
ReplyDeleteHINT: e.g. small-tool without his instrument = small

ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDelete& the Mexican standoff at L3 LOLOL!
ReplyDeleteGradow, because you only found an egg.
ReplyDeleteGranmaa means (in riddle language) ??
@queen
ReplyDeleteI was wrong, or at least I don't see how the wrong answer can be a clue on lv3.
Also, 'lv3?' is supposed to be a level or just some sort of... idk bridge bewteen lv3 and lv4?
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeletegranmaa should be a*****m? but not working?
ReplyDelete@annaby you're in the right way, but not quite there yet
ReplyDeleteVERY CLEVER ON 4 :) i BET GRANMA AND NANA CANT BAKE THAT :)
ReplyDeleteLOL, at L3: Not half a doughnut & half a Tyre = nutty...?!
ReplyDelete;-D
Yes Gradow 3? is an egg page for 3 that leads to 4
ReplyDeleteI am completely stuck on lv4... I have no idea what that spoon thingie is supposed to be
ReplyDeleteGradow, if you mixed all those things together what would you have?
ReplyDeleteand finally got level 2. Thanks for the hints everyone. It looks like a long night for me. lol
ReplyDelete@ Gradow, Think of those things collectively, Thats a plate I believe. Think outside the box......
ReplyDeleteOnce you figure out what those things collectively are then shift your thinking to MATHS :) Good Luck, This was a very clever level Good Job Small A+++
Oh wow, we'll done s-t!! But do I give it a go now, or tomorrow when I haven't had a few glasses of wine LOL ;)
ReplyDeleteGradow,
ReplyDeleteThere's a difference between English speaking countries and non English speaking countries. The English use a dot where the others use a comma.
So if you're English only use the top part.
I'm assuming cake or pie, but none of these seem to work for me
ReplyDeleteHey JBG a LONG NITE like my Birthday :P
ReplyDeleteAwww well so far I love the introduction! Lol
ReplyDeleteGradow,
ReplyDeleteBesides the plate, count the other things and you see a very well know number. Or just lose the E from what you posted.
L3:
ReplyDeleteDoes the shapes of the 4 items make letters?
3 egg - can't seem to find what to anagram
ReplyDelete@premiere - yes
ReplyDeletepremiere, I can see shapes ;)
ReplyDelete@s-t that was very clever indeed... I'm ashamed I hadn't figured it our beforehand...
ReplyDeleteonto lv5 now!
I can't believe I'm on lvl5 with you guys :) I'm usually way behind!! Thanks for your terrific hints. I hope I can help in one of the up-coming levels.
ReplyDeletehelp on 3 egg?
ReplyDeleteI get so annoyed with my brain! It refuses to work for riddles (wine tonight may not help)!! Just trying to get past the first level lol....
ReplyDelete@annaby as you know, granmaa is an anagram of, well, 'anagram'. What else could you anagram and get the answer?
ReplyDeleteon to level 4 now.
ReplyDeleteJo.C,
ReplyDeleteHow about the first letter of every word?
annaby did you visit granma?
ReplyDeleteGo back and read the comments again Annaby - what do the pictures make? Then count and see a familiar number - they sound the same
ReplyDeleteon level 5, I know how that guy feels :(
ReplyDeletesorry but just not getting it. I can't seem to find the right word(s) to anagram for 3 egg
ReplyDelete@annaby - do you mean level 3? or the level with the 3 eggs?
ReplyDeleteon level5, I tried taking 'no' out of the first word and 'brainer' out of the second one and, anagramming, got 'berthari dog/god', whatever that means, but it doesn't seem to work...
ReplyDeleteany clues, anyone?
@annaby anagram the answer from lv3 to get the answer for 'lv3?'
ReplyDeleteGradow,
ReplyDeleteDon't overthink (and that goes for all the levels)
NO BRAINER.
So what letters would you take out?
Thank you @Gradow!!!
ReplyDeleteoh my... I accidentally - not so much actually - got to lv6
ReplyDeleteSMALL I think that is the first ever riddle question I have got!!! Even if you did basically tell me the answer LOL (lets just pretend you didn't) ;-). Thank you
ReplyDeleteI need a hint small on 5
ReplyDeleteThat was a clever level Small-tool. On to level 5 now.
ReplyDeleteI like how lv6 seems so stupid but I still can't figure it out
ReplyDeletehints already you need to try first lol
ReplyDeleteyes didn't like 6 at all when you have what they are say out loud
ReplyDeleteand on 6 now too.
ReplyDelete@mtatt100 already tried that, but didn't seem to work for me
ReplyDeleteOn level 2, am I on the right track thinking I have to pick some words out of this sentence? Sorry if I seem a bit stupid lol :)
ReplyDeleteok, the obvious answer didn't work for level 6.
ReplyDeleteSorry about the level 6 title. Say what, is a bit misleading. But think of it as a little bit of math.
ReplyDelete@Jo.C it's actually both simpler and more complex than that. Each sentence gives you a hint about what to do, you just have to follow those hints.
ReplyDeletestill lacking a brain on 5
ReplyDeletevery cryptic small for level 2 yes but it alludes to bits of words
ReplyDeletelevel 6 finally!
ReplyDeleteLEVEL 6
ReplyDeleteThe obvious, SPOILER, did not work
how do you do spoilers purplelogic
ReplyDeleteAfter lvl5, I thought lvl6 was a 'no brainer' when I saw the clue - the obvious didn't work, and now I'm trying to interpret s-t's "think of it as a little bit of math' hint...........I'm blonde LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteoh and use smalls hint with what you have
ReplyDeleteok, I saw the obvious answer on level 6 right away, but it doesn't work. Maybe spelled differently? and how do you get math from that?
ReplyDeleteL4:
ReplyDeleteLOL, (a a lousy cook), am I supposed to bake?
;-D
*aS
ReplyDelete@premiere: yes, and did you try counting?
ReplyDeleteJBG,
ReplyDeleteSomewhere there's the word AND
@premiere once you figure what the plate is supposed to mean, it's easy
ReplyDeleteno scpoouinlter
ReplyDeletethat was... mean of you, s-t!
ReplyDeletebut, yeah!, onto l7
on 6, tried what witches do, but that didn't work
ReplyDeleteThanks S-T!! You knew exactly what we would all do - LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Small-tool. On to 7 now.

☻
JBG,
ReplyDeleteFocus on the title, what should you count?
still stuck on l7... anyone?
ReplyDeleteI'm just not getting lvl7 at all :(
ReplyDelete@premiere - I thanked small-tool for all the help I've used on this site. I thank you too, you do awesome walk-throughs.
Gradow,
ReplyDeleteMaybe write the numbers out first and then use the title.
digits would be a good answer for 7 - too bad it's wrong :)
ReplyDeletefor 7 pen or pencil will be needed to write them
ReplyDeleteI counted how many times the word count is used. I coundted the letters in the word count. I counted the letters in dracula since he is a count. Nothing working here.
ReplyDeleteMy pleasure, Cee Bee!
ReplyDelete☺
& ditto L7...
2nd idea was promising
ReplyDeleteLOL - no idea for 8, but a lovely story :D
ReplyDeleteI wrote it down, but still am lost... this is such a bummer... tsk
ReplyDeleteI written them as numbers, written them as words, tried 'counting' all sorts - (even using my fingers LOL!!!). I'm still not getting it......HELP!!
ReplyDeletedo what title says literally
ReplyDeleteCee Bee,
ReplyDeleteWritten as words is the way to go. Now count!

ReplyDelete☺
Has anybody solved lvl 8? (not you s-t lol)
ReplyDeleteok... now stuck on level 2... might just quit after this.. i see the pattern however suffering - ring = suffe.. which doesnt seem to work!
ReplyDeleteNot yet, Cee Bee,
ReplyDeletestill counting the counts LOL...
I'm still completely lost on 8.
ReplyDelete@dgk26 - to start, woman without a man = wo. Continue like that
ReplyDelete@dgk26: Look at each line of the clue & follow what it says eg. Woman without man = 'wo'. Do that for each line and you'll get the answer
ReplyDeleteI don't feel bad if the experts are stuck on 8
ReplyDeletelevel 2 read the text carefully
ReplyDeletelevel 8 count COUNT
@annaby - you're too quick for me lol!
ReplyDeleteLevel 8;
ReplyDeleteCOUNT C O U N T
Sorry Blom, no idea what I did wrong, but sorry.
@annaby: you are an expert.
ReplyDeleteLOL @jbg - you couldn't be more wrong :)
ReplyDeleteI've counted Count many times. I still don't get it. I tried changing the word count to 3 15 21 14 20 and counting letters in the paragraph from those numbers, but I don't get a word.
ReplyDeleteJBG,
ReplyDeleteHow many C's? etc.
@annaby: lol, I'm wrong about a lot of things, but this isn't one of them.
ReplyDeleteany more hints for L7? I've written out numbers, counted letters in numbers, now have 8 numbers....
ReplyDeleteJbg, use each letter and count!
ReplyDeletethanks all for trying to help! but this is proving to be more than I can handle... for level to i tried wo, tale about an end without a start so "le"
ReplyDeletemidst of "suffering she can" so "she" ring as final part... so that gives me woleshering... and that gets me nowhere!
@laura - convert your numbers to letters
ReplyDeletefinally on 9
ReplyDelete@Dgk26 - end without a start is "nd", middle of suffering is "e" ...
ReplyDeleteon 8, going for a recount!
ReplyDelete@annaby you're amazing!
ReplyDeleteI think I've counted C O U N T at least 6 times and still haven't got the right answer - I really am not on the ball tonight lol
ReplyDelete@annaby, thanks!
ReplyDeletegot lvl 3 on my own!! maybe im finally growing a brain! :)
ReplyDelete@S-T is the answer to 8 a word?
ReplyDeleteWay to go @dgk!!!
ReplyDeleteCee Bee,
ReplyDeleteFor example, there are 7 C's in the text. So alphabetically that would be?
@Cee Bee - I'm with you - my eyes are getting tired
ReplyDeletefinally got to 9. I am sick of counting now. lol
ReplyDeleteWHEW onto LEVEL 9...oh noooo more counting
ReplyDeletesee - 7 Cs - I counted at least 4 times and only got 6!
ReplyDeletecount count count jbg lol
ReplyDeleteThat's what I've been doing, but I get something like GJOPW or whatever, depending on my counting capabilities - should I get a real word if I do it right
ReplyDeletebtw - we'll be going to PAGE 2 in a few more comments
ReplyDeleteGood point Annaby - you're on the ball as always!!
ReplyDeleteYes, you get a word Cee Bee. Count your 2nd, 4th, and 5th letters again.
ReplyDeleteYep, like Annaby said;
