ReplyDeleteIf you don't know what's pictured there, this is just a hit-and-miss. And I hate to play hit-and-miss in escape games, I'd rather think of a solution...

Why not call it a "kids puzzle".
ReplyDeleteIn the sense of it that the child got the puzzle, 16 parts as a birthday gift 2 years ago, and now there are only 8 parts left, 2 of them fallen victim to a vacuum cleaner, one supposedly fell between the gaps on the terrace boards, etc. ;)
You get the order of the coloured squares when you put the fingerprint on the safe - read clockwise from Orange. Then, when you've put the squares in that order, numbers will appear which you transfer to the safe.

WOW White Room Escape Walkthrough:
ReplyDeleteSPOILERS
1. Click picture on bed. This is "Piece 1". Note locked drawer with 4 number combination.
2.Go right to the bathroom. Pick up picture on floor. This is Piece 2. Note locked dispenser.
3.Go right to the tv room. Pick up picture Piece 3 on couch.
4. Move purple plant for Piece 4.
5. Click on shelf beneath the TV for a small brush. Note present to the left of the TV and squares puzzle to the right.
6. Go right to the living room. Click on Timex alarm clock. Note the time by clicking the top left button- 12:45
7. Move blue plate on table for Piece 5. Note small glass.
8. Go left 4 times. Take Piece 6 from the wall. Note the large safe.
9. Go left again to the office. Take Piece 7 from the floor and Piece 8 from the computer screen.
10. Open cupboard on right for Fingerprint powder.
11. Click on checkerboard picture. The order of the pieces from top to bottom is 5 - 4, 2 - 1, 8 - 6, 3 - 7. Take key.
12. Go right twice to the bedroom. In the locked drawer, enter the time from the alarm clock - 1245. Take knife.
13. Go right again to the bathroom. Insert key into the dispenser. Take 5 color tiles.
14. Go right again to the TV room. Click on blue present. Use the knife on the present to get a piece of tape.
15. Go right to the living room. Click on the Fingerprint Powder in your inventory to view it. Click the lid and it will open. Drag the small brush to the open powder to get a powdered brush.
16. Click on the small glass on the table. Use powder brush on the glass to reveal a fingerprint. Use the tape on the fingerprint and be sure to take the tape again.
17. Go left 4 times to the room with the large safe. Zoom in on the safe and affix the fingerprint tape to the green scanner. Note the order of the colors - Pink, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Orange.
18. Go right 3 times to the TV room. Click on the squares puzzle. Put the color tiles in the same order as the safe - Pink, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Orange. Note the numbers - 53719
19. Go left 3 times back to the room with the safe. Use the numbers from the color puzzle to open the safe and get a key.
20. Go right 5 times to the door and use the key.
But don't forget the ones the dog ate!
