Looked around on the website - this appears to be their first game.
ReplyDeleteI'm not finding any hidden pixels so I guess I'm stumped by the language barrier. Can't think of anything else to try! I'll see if I can copy and paste those characters into a translator...
Had to make a screenshot and dropped it into Google images - found out that the cross w/ dots is called a 'reference mark' - got a site on 'how to solve code puzzles' - nothing useful on the Japanese characters, lol.

well I had another idea so I'm still awake. I screenshot the characters 2 at a time like they appear on the paper. Found out the first character means 'cow'

Finish the magic square and out
ReplyDeleteSmash apple with hammer to get the magic square note.
ReplyDeleteScissors are bottom left next to the cupboard with the 3 vases.
Open the bag of coffee with the scissors, put the coffee in the glass coffee can, then use the red coffee can on that to get the coffee in there and then the cup on that to get coffee in the cup (or maybe it was this last step the other way around: can on cup). Drink the coffee and you get the end key.
If you're having problems solving the magic square, here's the top row: 10, 5, 8, 11
and the first column: 10, 3, 15, 6
