ReplyDeleteI've managed to open the left and right cupboards, find the blue/red paper, the yellow coin, and see "star, star 100" in the right cupboard. That's all I can figure out. The math I've tried doesn't work and applying the code to all the button presses and doors doesn't work. Can one of those people boasting "easy!" and "clear!" actually post some helpful tips instead of just saying they figured it out?

ReplyDeleteI brute forced the cupboard with I believe it was (SPOILER601SPOILER) and got a pair of pliers now. Not sure what to do with them.

Evans, I think you had the same problem I did for a while. You can click on the upper half of the cabinet in the second room, and use the wire cutters (or pliers) there to get another clue.

ReplyDeleteNotr a fan of opening door/cupboards in a particular order then some "magic" thing happens, makes no logical sense. Should've been blue and red diamond buttons on a single door. Good puzzles otherwise.

ReplyDeleteOpen right cupboard of 3, get yellow disc and see **100
Look at coloured musical notes
Open left cupboard of 2 get coloured circles paper.
Put coloured circles on mirror above cupboards, see red and blue buttons and under neath the order to press. Go to buttons safe (under coloured musical notes) open for key and *3
Use key on locked safe where diamonds are, open and press button to see colours on diamonds.
Go to 2 doors and click according to coloured diamonds to open and go to next room
Open bottom right cupboard of large black cabinet. See ***6
Go back to first room and use star clues to open middle cupboard get pliers and go back to 2nd room (click either door). See direction hint in frame, open top of black cupboard with pliers, get remote, see stars use direction order to open safe next to door for 2nd key. Use key to open bottom left cupboard in black cabinet and get blue square. Go to TV, use remote and see hint for R/K Euro signs safe (in 1st room)
Open safe for red triangle. Back to 2nd room and place 3 pieces in box next to TV, when placed click box and get screwdriver. Go to chair, zoom in on leg, use screwdriver, move chair to black cabinet, get box off top, open box for key and go out.

there are 4 red, 3 blue, 2 green, 1 yellow
Code on cupboard is 43114, so press R,B,Y,Y,R

Star maths:
one star *=3
two stars **=100
three stars ***=6
Formula = 3x2+1, so (3stars = 6) x (2stars =100) +(1star =3) which makes the maths 6x100+3=603
Direction/stars= RGBGBY
Euro safe= LRLRLR
