Instead of 1020, making it 10x20=200 (and the same for the others) is correct and I tried that too. But for the whole equation it should be first multiplying and then adding. So then you should get:
200 + ( 1200 x 300 ) + 800

ReplyDeleteYou can go crazy) I think so, too - 200 + (1200H300) 800 .. If we assume that not following the rules, then it will be correct. (200 + 1200) * (300 + 800) = 1540000. The author, if gives tasks according to the equation, should probably stick to the basic rules of mathematics. Although the equation is not according to the rules are often found in games. Maybe especially so bother brains.

((10*20)+(30*40))*((30*10)+(20*40)) = 1540000.
Copy & paste the formulas into Excel if you don't believe me!

In the game it is:
( NS ) + ( WE ) x ( WN ) + ( SE )
So NO double parenthesis used there around the adding parts

So in the game IT IS:
(10x20) + (30x40) x (30*10) + (20*40)
And in fact those parenthesis they use are unnecessary, because you already do multiplying first.
So if the game was correct it had to be:
( (NS) + (WE) ) x ( (WN) ) + (SE) )
or even simpler:
( NS + WE ) x ( WN + SE )
