ReplyDeleteShort game)
ReplyDeleteanother thing easily overlooked by me - lift up the cushion on the stool next to the door.
ReplyDeletethe drawers only open after turning the clock.
ReplyDeleteYou don't have to be fast at the grid, just spell the developers' name.
the drawers ... the + doesn't mean you add the numbers, just that those are the numbers you work with. first the difference between the numbers, than multiply them.
ReplyDeletethe eggs all have to turn white.
ReplyDeletein the doorscene, click the carpet for a left/right clue.
you know what .. I'll write a walkthrough on this one. Loving the music.
installing the star and moon probably is the clue for the grid on the floor. lol. we already found that one out.
ReplyDeletethx, arrie,
ReplyDeletefor your good intentions - have wt already ready...
last is the clock number. it's either 215 or 512. no problem trying that out for yourself.
ReplyDeleteyou can get exit key (from wall grid), before solving all puzzles...!
ReplyDelete.... and that gives us the doorkey.
ReplyDeletethat's the problem with puzzles that stand on their own AO. somehow you have to give puzzle-pieces that all together lead to the whatever-you-want-to-give-to-get-out.
ReplyDeleteit's the art of game making. I've run into that problem myself now.
well, my wt is for the short game version anyway
ReplyDelete(working on the remaining puzzles...)
stick hint are sticks themselves
ReplyDeleteokay ... thank you.
ReplyDeletethat's left me feeling quite disappointed- it had all the trademarks of an epic but proved to be too easy after the spelling exercise

ReplyDeleteAnd actually I did do all the puzzles - though as Arrie said, I figured out the floor grid puzzle before I actually saw the clue for it.
ReplyDeleteNafanja, in the doorscene, click the carpet, you can see the symbols that you also see below the birds. left/right.
ReplyDeleteIt says I'm success escape!
ReplyDeleteview under bed, clock top & plant seem to be red herrings...
ReplyDeleteRepeatedly I played. To enter a code with a side of a bed, to birds the help on a carpet. The author's defect that works a code on a floor and without help)

Flash512 you just lost a chance of getting 5 stars for this.
ReplyDeleteSorry but being able to skip three or four puzzles in a sequence just by simple A-to-B thinking is a no-no in this game genre...
Besides, I guess nobody ever found out the number to be entered at the rear side of the bed? :))
ΑΩ but you did ... saves me the trouble of giving explanations...
ReplyDeletethx, arby
ReplyDeletebut don't want to adorn myself with borrowed plumes
in fact, arrie was the one that found out the maths sequence
(see comment at 2:06 PM)
Escaped without installing the star. I got a key that I thought would open the desk, but it was the door key. And I must say that I'm not happy with the new look.
ReplyDeleteneither am i
ReplyDeletedisappointing game. :(
ReplyDeletedisappointing game. :(
ReplyDeleteI liked the new look. I liked we don't have to drag the objects. The only problem I had was opening the drawers. Thanks, arrie NL.
ReplyDeleteEasier than before. I like it is not necessary to drag item to use.
ReplyDeleteStill great graphics, still a good game, but I'm a disappointed that it was too easy. I got the key early on in the game and used it thinking there was another room maybe. I had to go back in and play to do the puzzles I missed. 6 stars whereas before it always got 10.
ReplyDeleteI liked the game. I liked not having to drag the pieces to use them.
ReplyDeleteI managed to figure out the drawer code on the second try. I didn't have a chance on the first try because I automatically the right code on the floor grid after seeing which letter came first. Would be nice if the code prohibited getting the piece until getting the clue, like some other games. I don't mind the new format, and in fact am glad that it is large enough for me to see, but except for the numbers code (which wasn't difficult, it was just a matter of simple math and trying several different things), it was far too easy.
ReplyDeleteI cannot get this game to work! It just shows a blue screen with a G in the center, if I go to the menu screen it will load to the opening room, but then cannot navigate.
ReplyDeletedidn't need to do a lot of the puzzle/hints and was able to get the escape key, needs to be more challenging.
