ReplyDeleteYay! Loving Rusty Lake stuff. Refreshingly different - odd, quirky, challenging, beautifully created. Such a refreshing change from a the usual drivel.
ReplyDeleteGlad you guys liked it - I thought it was a great game; both challenging and entertaining and strange enough to compare with one of my favorites, Detarou!
ReplyDeleteoh ear goes in flat bowl...took me lots of time to figure this out
ReplyDeletewatered body part? I have no idea what you guys are talking about ... And I need a hint for the vessels...I actually don't want to b/f the fluids...
ReplyDeleteArby, take a look at the picture with 3 vessels. Each vessel has a unique pattern of lines. Use it on another picture.
ReplyDeleteI stopped clicking on the right painting and now it won't respond to clicks anymore. He's still wearing his hat. Do I need to restart?
ReplyDeleteNever mind - apparently you just can't have the paintbrush selected when you click on him.
ReplyDeletewatered body part is the ear placed in flat bowl with water (or similar liquid) :-)
ReplyDeleteVery nice game, Rusty Lake! Thanks, @AlphaOmega for the hints. Never would have thought to go back and shoot Vincent!
ReplyDeleteHow do I cut his ear?
ReplyDeleteOK found knife from sunflowers!
ReplyDelete@nomelted Thanks, just wondering how you guys figured out WHICH colors belong to which pattern? Trial-and-error??
ReplyDeleteArby, by seeing the symbols around the room and the color that surrounds them.
ReplyDeleteNot sure if you are really describing the same part of the game...What "symbols" please? You don't happen to mean the moon/hexagon/circle thing that has to be colorized?
ReplyDelete@arby, if you're talking about the colors of the liquids (absinth=green, wine=red, water=white) that comes from looking at the shape of each bottle compared with the picture of bottles with patterns.
ReplyDeleteAHHH! The bottles have different shapes when you imagine them bottoms-up? Never noticed that, TYVM zoz.

ReplyDeleteTook me forever to figure out to click on the palette and then click the unpainted picture. Then I could finally paint
ReplyDeleteafter I place the sunflower in the flower pot, what am I supposed to do?
ReplyDeletewhat colour is the hexagon I cant find the symbol
ReplyDeletei already had the black cube placed on the door. still missing the last one. now i can't paint the hexagon on the painting after painting it black. and there's this really creepy black figure on this one frame with blank eyes. any help guys? thanks a lot!
ReplyDeleteoh never mind thanks to a comment here, i found the gun inside the tunnel and shot that creepy creature on the wall. great game! i've never been disturbed by a game before!
ReplyDeleteI finished the bottles and the painting but I didn't get a sunflower. am I supposed to do something else?
ReplyDeleteI painted the hexagon once, but now it will not allow me to add any paint at to that one specific area. I think it's a bug.
ReplyDeleteI think that was vague enough to not be any sort of spoiler.
I'm stuck on the code in the ear. Please advise? I have 1348 but it won't let me open the door..
ReplyDeleteHow to get the gun from shadow
ReplyDeletedecided to post several Rusty Lake games for the replay at this weekend - this is the next one
