I was sure that the 5 number code was going to be 2 5 1 3 8 (positions of B E A C H in the alphabet). Not completely logical, but a fun few minutes. Hardest part was knowing what to do with the strange coloured strips, which it seems were feathers for Dusty Bin.

Quick hint on the color clues for other dunces like me: the lamppost hint in far left scene is used on the four balloons (only 3 can be changed) in middle scene. For color puzzle in right scene, note that the color space surrounding them can change colors too.
