The blue Key that your sweetheart dropped is for the green house next to the christmas tree.
ReplyDeleteYou can use the balloon when inside the green house, but probably needs something else as well.
ReplyDeleteYou dress in the Santa Outfit you found in the green house and talk to the post office-guy, which gives you a key you can't use because the mayor stands in front of the post office.

ReplyDeleteYou need to get rid of the mayor, so put the Grinch-Statue behind him, and set Max to the statue's feet. He then will go home to change his pants.

ReplyDeleteGo back to your home and take with the telescop a look at the poorly set billboard. Talk to the guy who wants to hear a joke and get a jar of honey.

Pick Max (the dog) and the battery, then go south. Pick grinch model, telescope, bed. Go left twice. Outside pick red bottle with helium gas and the grey stone. Near the top of the tube you see a grey sign in the distance. Use telescope on sign, read the joke, then jump into the tube. Talk to John (option 1), then talk again (option 1) and tell him the joke. Then talk to him again to get him into the inventory. Go right, use "model of a grinch" on the Mayor, then place Max on the grinch model. Now talk to the Major (option 2), then again (option 2). Go left, then south. Talk to the man with the cat, then use razor on cat. Use helium gas on deflated balloon, then take the 2x4 log from the background. Go right, pick some flowers. Go right again, talk to the woman (Martha May), then give her the flowers. After she left, pick the blue key from the ground.
Go 3x left, 2x right, you see a xmas tree and a sad woman. Use blue key on the green door on the right. When the door opened you will see a santa claus costume in the lower right corner, pick it. Return to the place where the man with the small car is. Use costume there, then go right and talk to the manager of the post office. After a long talk he leaves and gives you the key to the post office. Return to there (3x left, 1x right). Use key, enter. Use John below the helmet, talk to him. Get helmet, click on John again to get him back into inventory. Return to the sad man in the little car, talk to him (option 1) and give him the helmet. After the dialogue grab the car.
Return to the sad woman near xmas tree, then go north-east. Place the stone right to the slope, then the 2x4 log on it. Use Jon on the left side of the slope and climb up, then use car on grinch. Pick star, fan + remote and 2 seeds. Use jar with honey on the tree, then you can go to the left again. Dont forget to pick the 2x4 log, then go left.
Now its time to prepare the xmas tree. Go through the green door upstairs, then use fan on the window. Climb down, then use the bed on the LEFT side of the xmas tree. Now you have to hurry a little bit: click on inflated balloon, wait until you climbed up, then pick the fan remote control and use it on the fan in the window. When you are left of the tree, use the red star on the tree and then the pin on the balloon. After this use the battery on the power plug of the tree to get a happy woman. Talk to her to get a watering can. After she leaves, pick up the axe from the ground.
Go north-east, then south. Use the 2 seeds on the upper left side, then water them. Use the log on the trees, then place John right to the right and give him the red rag. At the end, use your axe to cut the horn of the beast. For the big end go to the right and click on the little girl.
Overall play time: around 6min.
