I have the same problem with this and the latest Sonohigurasi game. I can get to the website through a proxy server but the game still won't load (probably because the game is configured to detect proxies). I've also usually needed to use a proxy for Detarou games but their games do run. As far as I understand it, what's going on is that your ISP is blocking the website or its host for reasons known only to themselves. When doing a traceroute the last thing I see before it starts failing is my ATT affiliate, SWBell. Here be dragons, I guess...
