[MOBILE: Android/iOS] Picture Book Escape Game is another Japanese point & click adventure developed by WorksInc.
In this game a boy is dreaming about the stories in his picture book. Help him make the stories come out right.There's no language barrier, but it may make more sense if you know the folk tales it is based on. There are 8 levels each from the stories: Momotaro (Peach Boy), Tsuru no Ongaeshi (Crane Girl), and Hanasaka Jiisan (The Old Man Who Made the Dead Trees Blossom).
This is a game with 25 short levels, each of which has several bad endings (but only one good ending), so it's a game where you try a lot of things and see a lot of endings before you finally find the right thing to do. For level 8, you need to know that Momotaro got some treasure from the trolls (Oni) after he defeated them in the previous level. You also need to know that sometimes Tanuki (raccoon trickster spirits) will change their shape to look like people.
