  1. Of course, I was disappointed at first with these too short games, but taking into account what Sugarcrush said in a post on a preceding game, namely that we'll all have to get used to games in html5 instead of flash, and that html5 is much harder to program, imo you're doing a great job. Keep on with the good work, G2R!

  2. Just too short and sad that most of the games on here I can't play anymore. I can't play games on my phone only on my computer.

  3. Yesterday we got 2 games from G2R, and today we did too. Maybe they're starting to make up for the short games by giving us 2 a day?

Hopefully all the games won't go mobile. The only mobiles I have are the Candy Crush series because they play better on the phone than they do in a browser (i.e., no freeze-ups). I'd rather play escape games on the laptop because I can see smaller items better, my eyesight at 70 isn't that great!

Please stick with us here, G2R, WOW & company.

  4. Constructive criticism is great, whining about game length is not. Short or long, I'm thankful they are free.

  5. I understand the HTML argument, but G2R are still displayed in flash ! It is not the reason, for now ?
And if html5 is so hard to program, why nobody did develop another alternative to flash ?

Html5 is the best alternative to Flash. And it's actually not really much harder to program. But it IS another programming language and you can't just copy/paste things that worked in Flash to any html game. It takes time to get used to another language, to discover the pitfalls and learn how to use it.

Some developers have already made the switch, others are still experimenting. In general the move towards mobile will only be a side effect I think. Many games are just not fit to play on mobile.

We don't really know what way developers will take, but we will try to keep you informed with changes soon as we learn about them.
