Break bones (combine items in inventory) & use as levers

Plaque above door with numbers shows lever positions. After setting positions click on one of the diamonds to get the prize

Repeat for the other positions

Turn in your coins for a prize

Place that prize & get the next prize

Combine those pieces & place

Remove the marbles per the plaque in the room you're in

Set the levers to the positions indicated on that same plaque
