Alright - Day 3!!!
ReplyDeleteI wonder why the water in the cave where we put the rocks is too salty because it is from the ocean, when all the other water outside the cave is ocean water, but not too salty.....am I over-thinking this? Probably.

ReplyDeleteI think that you have to light your torch before you enter the ship wreck or else you can't light the candle. I had to restart. Also, fill the bottle with porridge or else you can't take the cannon ball.

Once you get the pickaxe you can go down and out of the ship and back to the cabin...to sleep and wait for tomorrow to see what the pickaxe is for...

Tried getting the gold from the rock in cave & smashing in the locked door on the ship. Never thought of just going to sleep. Sheesh!! I wish there would be some sort of hint to tell you to go to sleep... LOL

ReplyDeleteAt the entrance where you hang the rope on the hook you can take the left door. That will take you into the ship again.

Hah yes...I too had to play two games in parallel to get bed colors, as I was no longer able to go back down...
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, this is not so easy to implement...because it would give too much away if SD had actually included a "This may be a hint, take a note?" question.
However, a camera in the inventory might do the trick. as the player could choose where to take photographs.

ReplyDeleteI'm stuck after falling in the hole. I have goggles, torch, empty bottle, two planks placed on the ladder. I can't find a third plank. I can't open the crate. What am I missing?

ReplyDeleteGo back to the hut, fill the bottle, go back into the ship, to the canon balls, click the bottle, and take one.
Put it in the canon, BANG ! and there's a key.
Thanks Arrie, but I did that part already. You can't even leave the hut without getting the porridge first...the only reason my bottle is empty is that I already ate it and did the cannon. I got one plank from behind the door the key from the cannon opened (behind the barrels), and one in the chest with the 3 digit code. I need a third plank.
