DeleteI feel very dumb, just don't get the 4 numbers hints. Stared at the clock and 2-1-3-4 sequence for long time, then again after half an hour, and now again, tried maybe 20 different variants with _some_ logic, but... no.

Now there is a VWT which is very poor, absolutely no explanation, just entering 3113, but why? I can't understand Sisli's comments, what means "divide the hours marked by the hands into thirds"? I don't see any hours marked by the hands except 10 (-ish) and 2. How do I divide these into thirds, and get 3113?
