Help with the pins:
each pin toggles itself and some others. starting with '1' at the top, the pins toggle the following combinations
1 ->1 34 7
2 -> 2 5 9
3 ->1 3 56 9
4 ->1 4 6
5 -> 23 5 7
6 -> 34 6 8
7 ->1 5 7
8 -> 6 89
9 -> 23 89
you can eaither randomly hit pins untill the ones standing match one of these combinations, or work it out mathmatically.
for instance, if pins 1, 2, and 3 are up and all the others are down, you need a combination that will hit these an odd number of timers, and the rest not at all, or an even number of times, so you'd hit 5 and 7. 5 will drop 2 and 3 and raise 5 and 7, then 7 will drop 1, 5 and 7.
It may help to list the pin combinations in a spreadsheet to visually line them up.

you have to take everything off the right table, then take the table, THEN click on the biggest plantpot. it will lift briefly revealing a tiny silver line. click the tiny silver line. Sometimes you have to click 3 or 4 times to get the knife.
Before putting the table back, doubleclick it to bring it up in the middle of the screen and click the bottom of each leg 4 times. Most of the time the leg will just turn and turn and turn. One leg on one of the tables will detach for a second to reveal the key you'll need later. Like the knife, sometimes you have to click the key several times to get it. If you miss it, the leg reattaches and you have to unscrew it again.
On my computer the oven did not make a sound, but the ovenlight blinked. you have to have both oven mits in your inventory to get the pizza out of the oven
The broken glass is just there to screw with you. It does nothing and I've never been able to remove it. you roll out the dough in midair, so you don't need to clear the counter.

to add ingredients to the pot, the pot must be doubleclicked to be displayed in the middle of the screen
to get water: hold an empty bottle under the tap when the water is running to fill it.
to get flour: cut the flour bag open with the knife, select the flourbag, then dip into the flour with the mug
to get yeast: dip a water glass (top shelf) into the yeastbowl
to get the egg: I tried everything from the knife to the hammer to the cup to break the egg. The trick is getting a good egg. When you doubleclick the egg, it spins. If it spins once or twice and stops, you can add it to the pot. If it spins fast, you have to put it back in the basket and take another egg out. I have no idea why it won't let you throw out the bad eggs.
The salt: take any shaker off of a table.
I don't know if it makes a difference, but I added water, then flour, then yeast, then salt, then egg.
once it is all in the pot, you mix with the biggest spoon.
It takes some time time to rise; I suggest clicking back and forth over the items on your inventory until the dough rises up over the top of the pot, then click on the dough to remove it from the pot.
Once the dough is out,l doublecligh to bring the dough to the middle of the screen, then select the hand (even if your hand is already empty) then click the center of the dough. Continue clicking until it stops moving when you click (at least twice, maybe 5 or more times) then roll it with the rolling pin, first up-down, then left-right
then. ew. add ketchup. ew. and all the other toppings, recipie specific to each VIP
If the guy at the door does not match a VIP on the list (hat, suit, shoes and car) then wave a knife at them to make them leave.

The pizza won't cook if you're not looking at it. to kill time just sift back and forth through your inventory.
You must have both mits in your inventory to get the pizza out.
if the guy says 'no' when you offer a pizza, it means it is wrong, either not cooked, or missing a topping, or has a wrong topping or has too many toppings.
The shrimp are in boxes coded by colour that matches the main colours on that nation's flag. google up pictures of flags.
once you have all the passes, you get the safe combination by adding up the membership numbers of the members who have names starting with the letters on the slip of paper.
The chilie peppers are behind the tomatoes, the same way the celery is behind the green peppers

ok when you start go to the room with the cabinets.Now the third cabinet to the right,click to open and grab the suacepan.on the cabinet to the left there is a book, the cooking book you need this.now you need the ingredients to make the dough click on the (right) page until you reach the recipe for the dough. but i forgot to mention the knife,which you need to get the flour. what you need to do to get the knife is to click on the table at the far right.when you have the table in possesion you click on the flower pot.....that's in the middle basically. when it lifts up look underneath it and there shold be an object try and get it when you do click on the table and put it back and the rest after that. now you should have the knife, saucepan and the cook book. go back to the room with the cabinets.open the bottom left cabinet(or drawer not sure what you call it) and there is a sack with something wrapped around the top of the sack, so now click on the knife and drag it to the top of the sack and click until it is untied.inside the sack is the flour =D.the top left cabinet 2 shelf will have the mug click on it. now go to the sack you just opened and drag the mug over the flour and click,now the mug should be filled with the flour.ok now the same cabinet that had the mug will have the glass (top shelf)click on it.the cabinet next to the one with the sack of flour will have the yeast and the eggs.click on the bowl next to the tomatoes.this is the yeast use the glass to get the yeast. while you are in that room and have that cabinet open,grab an egg.the egg might be bad,but i'll tell you more a lil bit later.now then,the top right cabinet (middle shelf)and click on the cup and go to the room on your left. bring the cup to the sink and click on the knob until water come out of the faucet, try and fill the cup.when that is done you are finally ready to make the dough =D.click on the saucepan twice and it will elarge in the middle on the screen. click on the cup you filled with water and drag it to the enlarged saucepan and click and the water should pour into the saucepan.now the same drill for the mug you filled with flour.when you have poured the flour into the pan,same thing for the galss filled with yeast.when done take the egg and do the same as you have with the other ingredients,now if it does not crack into the pan, go to the egg basket again and pick another until one cracks. i have forgotten something >.<.when the egg has cracked into the pan go to the tables again. does not matter which one you grab,but grab one of the salt shakers(white).when you have the salt pour some into the pan and put it back (you have limited item space).now go to the room with all the ingredients and the top left cabinet will have three spoons(just go with it)click on the largest one ok enlarge the pan again and take the spoon and click on the pan,now it should be dough,but it still needs to rise, so wait about a minute or two.ok now then you need the vip paper go the room with the sink again and under the sink,(left cabinet) the first standing up roll of paper towel and to the right is where is should be.now that you have the vip list, you go to the door and there might be some one outside waiting,enlarge the vip list and open it.the vip list gives names of the people that have the vip and their description if any of them match a description,it will tell you what they want.while you are in the room click the knife and above the door will be a "sign" that says "come again" the strings hanging it up, cut them and pick up the sign.go to the sink again and the cabinet underneath it (right) will have a bucket and to the left of the bucket is something red,try and get it.when you do enlarge the sign and click on the red cleaner and drag it to the sign and click is should now be clean and ready to be put into the oven.now then get the pan enlarged again and click on the dough,go to the ingredient room again.the big dresser will have the shrimps and the rolling pin get the rolling pin and en;arge the dough,click on the hands(bottom left)and click on the dough until it stop mushing (best i can describe it)grab the rolling pin and flatten the dough twice.the top right cabinet,bottom shelf will have a red bottle grab it.enlarge the dough again and drag and click the red bottle (suace)and it will spread the saauce onto the dough.now this part depends on who you have as a customer,go to the cook book and find your customer's favorited choice and add the ingredients***do not forget about the description from the vip list*** if youd like a hint as to what the different shrimps are let me know and i'll do another tip =D.back to the game.now you have the pizza,but you still need to cook it ^^ fun part.on the left side of the oven(you have to click at the the bottom corner of the oven)and there will be a hammer,grab it.now go back to full view of the room.on the right side of the oven is where you click and drag the hammer and hit on the dented part....wait don't hit just yet,forgot to tell you two things.one:put the "sign"inside the oven.two:put the pizza on the "sign".now you may hit the dented part with the hammer.above and to the left of the oven will be mitts grab them,you'll need them to get pizza(s) out (when you make more for the other customers).now soon the light on the oven will blink,signalling that the pizza is done open the oven and get the pizza.you may put the mitts up now.now take the pizza to the customer at the door (click and drag to the flap above the middle of the door)and click to give to them.if they take it they will give you a vip card,if they say "no" you did something wrong and must try and make it again :(.take the card to the ingredients room.click on the photo covering on the wall(red slots).when it is enlarged click the vip card and put it into one of the slots.man this is long........anyways make the other 4 pizzas,when done you really have nothing else to do....i think.anyways, click on the cart with the green peppers and celery at the top left corner and it should move away from where it was orginally.click near the floor of the cabinet closest to the cart. and you should be seing....."bottoms" on the floor(random for every one) :( ok....try to get them all down.when that is accomplished go back to full view of the room and the cabinet with the saucepan will have a red button take the saucepan and click on the button =) and the cabinet should move away to reveal a safe and there should be a note sticking out of the side of the cabinet that was hiding the safe.and now it will have some sort of letter arrangement with the initials of 4 of the customers you served.the safe will have numbers insead of letters.now this is the last thing i know--where the key is.go to the tables.click on everything the table has and the table itself.click on the legs and one will have a key(the table in which has the key differs for different people).now that is all i know and can't figure out any more...i hope someone can go from there and figure it out good luck =D

ok, i did everything except the stupid pegs...how do you get them all down, i did not here the 1-9 trick untill after i started, how else can you do it...please help. also if anyone needs help, i have figured out everything else on my own, and some of it is different than what the walkthrough says. i dont want to wright it all unless anyone still needs help

do you have the key from the table yet? if not, take everything off of one of the tables and twist each of the legs by cliking right at the bottom of them. twist each 4 times. if nothing happens, move on too another table. on one of them, a key should come out. use that key on the safe. take all the money. the police will come. use the knife, it will fall. then use the carving fork on him. he will jump. you may have to try a few times, but eventually you should be able to click on his stick. use that on the trap door, and you will be able to open it and escape. i hope that helps, if not post again with your problem

first you need to get the list of vips. if you have not gotten it yet, it is under the sink in the left cubbord. it is near the right if the cubbord (just keep clicking around if you dont see it). then get the cook book (above the instructions). if the person at your door does not match the description of any of the vip's on the list you found under the sink, use the knife on them. if it is a true vip, follow the directions on the list and in the cook book to make the correct pizza. again, hope that helps {]:-)

OK, do you have the cookie sheet yet? if not, cut down the sign over the door, take the scrubber from under the sink in the cubbord opposite from were you found the list of vips. it is sticking out slightly from behind the bucket. scrub the sign with the scrubber, and place the clean "cookie sheet" in the oven. now you should be able to put the pizza in the oven. if this does not help, explain what you are having trouble with, and what you have done, and i will try to help more. hopefully this will solve your problem though {)]:-)

it took me 3 hours to get it right. if you think it is worth it, you can start the game over, and when you get to this part again, DONT CLICK ANY PINS right down which ones are up, and go around several times clicking those pins in that order NO MATTER WHAT. after i beat it, i tried again, and it worked, but it may have just been random

HEY i got the stuff into the pot. first you take an empty bottle. and fill it up in the sink. then you pour that into the glass pot. and then the mug into the white sack that is cut open by the knife from under the middle flower pot behind the farthest right table.and pour the contents of the mug. and then you get a glass cup from the high left cabinet next to the green peppers. and you get the cup and take the brown stuff. whatever that is.and pour that into the pot. and then you getthe egg. and crack it somewhere on the rim of the pot. and now i don't know how to mix it.

all the pegs go down, and you put water, then salt, then flower, then yeast, then egg (make sure it is uncooked, if when you inlarge the egg, and when you click it it spins a lot, you need a new egg. if it spins only a little, that is fine) then you have to mix it with the large spoon. Select glass pan. Pour in water from glass bottle. Flour from cup. Brown looking yeast from glass. Salt from shaker (on tables). Egg from cupboard- keep trying different eggs until one breaks. Mix with largest spoon. You see it mix then you have to wait until the dough rises above the pan top.

you have to make sure that the people at the door are actually VIPs. the hat, jacket, boots and car colours all have to match. if the person at the door doesn't match anyone on the VIP list, then use the knife to chase them away.
if they just leave the pizza on the shelf (sometime you can't hear them say 'no') then it means something is wrong with the pizza; either an ingreedient is missing, or it's the wrong kind of shrimp, or one of the other toppings is wrong.

one more thing about the pins: the chart I made earlier is useless; it changes every time.
make a chart showing which pins toggle when you click each of them.

ok...i made the pizza and matched the vip to the list and even did the special things but he still SAYS NO!!! ahhhh I have made him pizza like 10 times. Idk what i am doing wrong!!! I am supposed to make him Teemed Lagoon with green peppers norway shrimp and he doesnt like chili....so I make the dough take shrimp from the red and blue box...put it on the pizza....put green peppers on the pizza...put tomatos on the pizza....and then cheese.....i cook it take it to him and then he says NOOOOO!!!! please help i feel really stupid!!!

HELP PLEASE! I think I am making the correct pizza, but when I try to give it to the VIP he keeps saying "No!" What am I doing wrong?!
For instance, I had the VIP who wanted the Celery pizza. I made the dough, put the ketchup on, then cut the celery and put that one. I baked it and then gave it to him but he kept saying "No!". Is there a cookbook somewhere that'll tell me that I need more ingredients or something?? HELP MEEEE :D

To Rachel: Go to the screen with the cabinets. above the counter there is a set of cabinets. look towards tha top of those and there is a cookbook. Then look on the VIP list.after you figure out which VIP the person is the list says what the VIP likes. Look for the recipe in the cookbook. Hope this helps!

WHY ARE U ALL IDIOTS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
u take the key from the front leg form the middle table. keep saltshaker, put back everything else.
go to right table and take everything, lift pot take knife.
Go to scene wih door. Cut off sign with knife.
Go to scene with oven.take scrubber and list of VIPs from cupboards.
Use scrubber of tablet now u have cookie sheet and put cookie sheet in oven.

Pizza: take saucepan nonsmashed bottle ketchup mug glass cup big spoon. take an egg. Zoom on egg and click it. if spins for more than a second, put it back.
Fill bottle with water from sink.
Fill mug with flour from white bag (open with knife)
Fill cup with yeast from blue bowl.
Put everything, pls egg and salt, into saucepan. use spoon to stir.
go to hand icon clear page of all zooming in. turn around couple times dough will rise.
Then zoom on dough and click hand icon. knead dough. Use rolling pin twice. Use ketchup. ta da base of all pizzas NOW SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAMMER IS BY OVEN on left side, u need oven mit to get pizza out of oven, the knife is under the big plant by the farrite table u have to take evrything off the table and move the table, key is in a table leg its RANNDOM !
to get the rite egg it has to go slow and it has to stop moving to know its a unboiled one others are boiled :)
to unscrew the table legs u make the table bigger by double cllicking on it and then u go to the bottom of the legs and click multiple times before the key evn pops out, DONT WRY ABOUT THE BROKEN GLASS ITS THERE TO MAKE U STAY IN THE GAME LONGER U CANT EVN CLEAN IT UP PPL GOODNESS,
put the ingredients in the sauce pan water first, flour, yeast, salt, then egg, then wait for dough to rise, then kneed it then add sauce then u have to add indgredients, if the guy at the door does not give u a red sticker when u give him a pizza its a waste of ur time becuase u just gave a free pizzia because its the wrong person its not a vip its a man wanting free pizza, kiwi that happned to me also i had to start all over and i was almost finished too :( u kneed the dough when it is coming out of the pot from riseing u have to click it then the dough goes in a dif. square then u double click dough then click ur hand then click dough until it stops moving, then rool it and so on and so fourth,

I've got to the safe and I've found the note. The letters on my note are D+C+W+K. Is it the client IDs that I add up? Because I added them up and i got the result of 625007. I put that into the safe and it didn't work. I tried a few other combinations and they didn't work either. My client IDs are:
D = 240376
C = 105322
W = 141875
K = 137434
Please help me. I'm so close to finishing!!

About the grey pegs on the floor - I managed to figure it out and it's really simple. Please note that each time you restart the game the order of the pegs up and down will be different. And I believe the same scheme works with other similar puzzles in 2keys games like in the green room - the square thing with the green lights. Haven't checked that though.
So. When you first see the pegs some are up some are down. DON'T start clicking like mad, save your time=) You will need a pen and a piece of paper.
1. Number the pegs (no matter starting from the left or from the right) from 1 to 9.
2. Write down which pegs are up (in my case 1,2,3,5,6,8,9)
3. Begin with the first peg. Note its position - if it is up it should remain up, if it is down it should remain down after you deal with it. Click ONLY the first peg as many times as you need in order to notice all other pegs that it pushes either up or down. Write the numbers of those pegs that it influences. Don't forget to put the peg you are clicking back to the position it was in the beginning (in my case it was up).
4. Repeat the 3rd step with each of the remaining pegs, writing down the numbers of the pegs that it stirs.
5. When you're done with all 9 pegs you will have a chart like this (the numbers are different each time you restart the game):
1 - 2, 5, 6
2 - 1, 3
3 - 2, 5, 9
4 - 5, 7, 9
5 - 1, 3, 4, 8
6 - 1, 8
(etc, in my game it was enough to do it up to 6 and I got the answer)
and if you compare it to the numbers of the pegs up - 1,2,3,5,6,8,9
you can see that it falls into two parts: 1, 6, 8 and 2, 3, 5, 9. So all I had to do was to press 6 and it took down pegs #1 and #8, and 3, putting down the remaining 2, 5 and 9.
The scheme is as simple as that - first you check each peg and note those it influences, then you compare the numbers and press just two pegs in order to get them all down=)

My dough won't rise, I've been waiting for a couple of minutes! How long do you have to wait? I've added water, flour, yeast, eggs, I have all the ingredients all in order, but it doesn't seem to be rising! I had trouble with this the last time I played this same game, I got stuck at the same place.

hi for the people asking about mixing the ingredients you have to click the veg I.e tomato then put the knife on it it will cut it and you can then put it on the pizza...
for the people saying they cant put the egg in to mix the dough you have to click the egg to enlarge then click it if the egg spins alot you cant use it. If it just spins a bit you can....keep looking for one that spins just a bit
