Did I just stumble on a Live Tesshi-e game?

yes indeed you did Jorge!

me too! I just came home from a bar (2 a.m. here). earky x-mas present!

LOL 7 pm here

I have a santa, a red template of some sort, used a battery and now have a screwdriver

have a red santa now from the clue from the 3 birds.

Now i have 3 santas. One painted blue and a green and red one

New live Tesshi-e?? STFU! \o/ Let me refill my glass of Christmas Bailey's and I'm going in!

4 santas that need to be placed in a correct order I am assuming

Jumping in...Yea, tesshi-e!!!

Santa can get into locked houses all over the world but can't get out of one room?

uhm, cocktails really did their job...but I can't skip a TESSHI-e game...

Well that was a rather easier Tesshi-e Game. Excellent as always

Out. I stick around for a few if anyone needs help, but I really don't think you all will.

Ugh, no offense (well, maybe a little) but I hate that! I come back to the comments page because I'm stuck and have no idea what to do next, and find a bunch of posts saying "Boy that was easy!" "Wow, only an idiot would think *that* was hard!" ::stamps "MORON" on forehead::

Oh, heck...My SD won't work anywhere...either side...lol..where to use it , please?

Same here, @tallulah....and off they go without any help given, too!

you can change the screwdriver

Hey @enjoy...you abandoned us too??? LOL

Nokra..I believe I used it to get the ladder.

This comment has been removed by the author.

i TRIED BOTH ENDS THERE....TRYING AGAIN ty @TESS!

Darn capslocks!!!!!!!!! lol

Not sure how you two missed the part in my comment where I said I would stick around to help. This is a fun site and its not a place to get stressed out and vent. Chill out

LOL @ Nokra.

It just keeps saying "it's locked" Looks like a screw to me!

Help with the balls clue please? I think I used the hammer to get the ladder free ... or was it a key? Yes, it was a key, I think. Then go upstairs and use the screwdriver.

This comment has been removed by the author.

Ooops...Sorry Nokra...I believe Marnie is correct.

Yes, help with the balls clue PLS.

The Balls clue used to open the cupboard with the 3 digit code. There are 3 groups of #'s. Use the numbers on the shelves with the balls. YOu can make number shape out of them

Help with ball clue please

only include the shelves that have the same amount of balls as the numbers in the group. For instance

213 follow the shelves that have 2 balls 1 ball and 3 balls only. It makes a number

Yeah, I tried that before asking but couldn't make sense of it. Still can't.

Well, sorry...but for staying around to help...there is not yet an answer to my question....where to use the sd ? PLEASE??

The first digit is a 4.

Oh, thanks Jorge, I'll work on that again.

Nokra...upstairs on the window I believe.

Use SD to open up paint can and then to open window upstairs.

@Nokra

For SD, first time it's to pry open the can of paint. (- type)

Then again later upstairs, to open window (+ type)

YOu need the ladder to get to the window. YOu need to check all the santa's to get a KEY for the ladder

@Marnie,

Think of digital digit.. so if it said 135, imagine the boxes where there are 1, 3 and 5 balls are "filled"

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 5:58 PM

Hmmm, I got carried away with the blue brush and painted 2 santas blue, I wonder if there is any way to reverse one of them????

The 3 sets of digits on the door with the 3 digit code is combined with the 12 cubbys of balls.
The 235 means to "color in" the cubbys with 2,3 and 5 balls....when you do that you have made a 4
continue like that for all 3 digits!

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 5:59 PM

Thank you, Jorge. Finally found the key.

@a03e2aba-0869-11e2-8ada-000bcdcb2996
Yep, you should find something that allow you to waash off the paint

btw how you remember your user name is beyond me :D

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 6:01 PM

Oh good, I don't have to start over then...the only thing I haven't solved is the 4 digit code upstairs, maybe it is there.

I drew a grid and used dots to make the numbers

Upstairs window clue and Books on shelf Clue will help you remove the painting.

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 6:02 PM

lol, it is an aim account, it hides my aol name for some reason.

my ending said "all blue" on the deck right before the balloon, what is the second ending?

@Nate that is to get the happy coin

@Nate,
After opening the gate and see the All Blue, don't walk in.

Go back and turn somethings blue to get the happy coin

Finally getting somewhere...TY, TY, TY!!!

left with a coin, but water didn't apply, where it?

@Angelika,

That's only to clean blue paint off santa figurines in case you painted them before you needed to

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 6:07 PM

I must be really dense today. I can't get the picture clue.

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 6:08 PM

And then I did. Never mind.

lol suzanne
I was stuck in the same place and strangely it was recollection of a certain song from Pocahontas that led me to the answer

mhtyhr

thanks!)))))

Did anyone mention where the clue is for the order of santas?

where to use the template? And I can't find the clue for the red santa and I haven't even had a cocktail

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 6:15 PM

Look out the window, Nokra.

POP! found another window to use the binoculars on!

i cant get the heart shaped key to unlock the cabinet

LOL, Suzanne -- "And then I did." Isn't that always the way?

Amy -- use it to unlock something else and find a second key.

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 6:21 PM

Every time I start to get somewhere I get stuck again. How the in the world was this considered "easy?" I finally get outside and now I'm stuck again. I've tried sticking that red plate on every view.

is any one still here to answer my questions? Pretty please?

Suzanne put it on the sign outside and paint it blue

Put the plate on zoomed sign, then paint it blue.....
Anyone have a clue how to drive the canoe?? I'm getting NOWHERE! lol

C@ Suzanne Check out the sign on the deck walkway

I guess I cannot canoe LOL Can U canoe? if ya can Pls help me. Using the branches on the picture is not working well for me

Are my posts not visible?

Sorry Philomena, I did not see your post fast enuff

Have I offended everybody? Never mind.

Which place is red santa again?
If it is right of the door check out the 3 Mr Birdies

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 6:29 PM

Philomena, your red Santa clue comes from the birds. Flip the switch all the way up and hit the button and watch what they do. Then take that clue to the red Santa under glass.

ive been here since the 1st post and i still only have the paint, stencil ans 2 santas. we need PREM!!

Thecanoe diretions anyone

Those branches are tricky...got it...anyone need a spoiler?

I know why I cannot Canoe.. it is kayak Paddle LOL. Any nudges for the left rights? I tried using the Hippo Tree branches to no avail :(

@Heckler which puzzle do you need help with?

Thanks Suzanne!!!

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 6:32 PM

Finally out. I got the "all blue" ending. The canoe is tricky because if you click right the canoe goes left. So you have to do the opposite of what you think.

im ok now thanks, just needed a start...lol!

LRRLLR...but click it first just to start..then you see the arrows...I am pretty sure that was it...I'll have to play again to be sure

help with he canoe please.

I was having a hard time finding the place for the battery...spent all my time looking for a place to use the SD but had to use the battery first! lol

having trouble with the painting. not sure if the astrology signs go with the roman numerals or how many times the signs are repeated

kmoorer...I gave a spoiler...but just follow the branches on the pic with the hippo....

Where´s the key to open the gate outside?

amy the paintings on the window, put the numbers with the paintings and then cliclk the sides of the pictures by the numbers

amy, make a square, you need the clues on the window upstairs...then put, the volume # to match the symbol on the corner of window
There is where you click the corner of pic
...it starts with 1st, BR...2nd TR....

The santa on the hippo gives you the key, Roberto...got to take the canoe!

nokra i did that but there is nothing that changes when i do it. r am i missing something

pic spoiler

BR, TR, TL, BL, TR, TL, BL

The pic lifts a bit and gives something...I don't remember...the wrench? lol

       Anonymous  12/14/12, 6:48 PM

Played again to get the "happy coin" ending. Took a few tries to get that coin to come out. Warning to others to stop at the gate or save your game if you haven't found the coin yet.

To get Happy Coin use the same order even AFTER painted

Thanks nokra!
My flash plugin crashed, had to restart computer.

Tesshi-e games are Master Pieces!

I cant find a clue to open the box upstairs. Help please.

I made it up to this fact. where is the freakin wrench???

Look out the window clio

Oh well, i mustnt have needed to open it, because i was able to leave, with the happy coin.

The wrench is in the letter box. Paint the sign using the red template, for the number, ross.

Oh, thank you Ross also for the window clue.

I`m playing a game not posted yet. Could someone submit it? please!
http://ayuna-vampire.lovepop.jp/Christmashen.html
Thanks.

Hi Roberto, maybe you use the contact button at the top of the page to submit a game. I dont actually know. Sorry.

Where do I use clover key? I can't find anything else that requires a key, except the door to escape, and it doesn't work there.

I've looked out every window for the santa color order, only things I can see say they are too far to read. I tried the order of the colors on the balloon and it didn't work.

Where is the clue for the box numbers upstairs?

Have you unlocked the oar/paddle, Jessica? Sorry I cant quite remember which key was used where.

Do you have binoculars yet Jess? You need those to see the colour order of the santas on the hippo out in the ocean.

I got the ladder that was locked with 1st key. The oar says it is "bolted" on - I've tried the hammer, the screwdriver, the clover key, nothing has opened it.

No, do not have binoculars.

Got the binoculars, don't know how I forgot about middle cabinet, I went round and round. Ok, outside now. Think I can figure out rest.
Thanks guys.

What a lovely game! Thank you TESSHI-e!!

where is the key for middle cabinet?

Clue through - SANTAS

WHITE SANTA
Left hand cupboard under the birdies – nothing needed to open it

RED SANTA
Battery on green couch goes into bottom right side of the birds. Pull lever all the way up and push button. Note the order of the birdies clapping. At the red santa, push the lever all the way up (like on the birdies) and put the code in

GREEN SANTA
3 number cupboard. This seems to be a new Japanese clue which I hope doesn’t take off! Look at the numbers on bottom of the cupboard, Look at the bookcase with the various coloured balls. Try to imagine lines going from the cubbyhole with the 2 balls to the one with the 3 balls and then on to the 5 balls. That should give you a visual outline of a number – do the same for the other numbers

YELLOW SANTA
Use the STAR side of the screwdriver on the window upstairs. Note the signs. The books on the bookcase by the coloured balls give numbers for those signs which, in turn gives the order in which to press to remove the painting

SANTA ORDER
Look out of the window by the birdies using the binoculars – gives the heart key

Clue through - OTHER STUFF

BLUE PAINT
Pulling the lever down then pushing the button on the birdies after putting in the battery (battery is on the green couch). You will need to use the FLAT side of the screwdriver to open it

SCREWDRIVER
Look at the wheel at between the two windows and note the name of the rowing club. Use that to open the cat like statue to the left of the birdies. Note that it can change from being a flat to a star screwdriver

LADDER
In your inventory, check the red santa’s back for the spade key

BINOCULARS
Club key from egg on the table between the two green couches, use the hammer from upstairs

WATER AND RAG
Very handy if you paint the wrong santa! Upstairs in the 4 number box using the clue outside on the sign. Look out of the window where you got the red santa, using binoculars

SPANNER
Get the stencil from the drawer under where you put the santas. When you go out, go straight ahead and you come to the sign that you saw to open the box in the attic. Put the stencil on it and use the blue paint. Use the new number on the postbox

OAR
Using the spanner from the postbox

TRIANGLE KEY for gate by balloon
Look at the tree picture in the house. Note the directions needed to get to the hippo at the top. Once in the canoe, use those directions to get to the sitting santas that you could see from the window. Click on them to get an orb with the key

HAPPY COIN
After opening the gate, note what is written on the floor. Do NOT click forward but go right, re-enter the house and do what it says

SPOILERS – spoilers – SPOILERS

YES - IT IS SPOILERS SO DON'T READ THEM IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO

easy and nice game !

Thanks again, Tesshi-e! A lovely game as always.

       Anonymous  12/15/12, 6:09 AM

That was a great game ! I needed a little help, so thank you especially to RSA Momma Cyndi !

Yes thanks Cyndi, however: let me point out that one thing was WRONG.

GREEN SANTA
3 number cupboard. [...] Look at the numbers on bottom of the cupboard, Look at the bookcase with the various coloured balls. Try to imagine lines going from the cubbyhole with the 2 balls to the one with the 3 balls and then on to the 5 balls. That should give you a visual outline of a number – do the same for the other numbers

Hold it. That is not a green santa, but a BLUE one. Replayed the game especially in order not to make a false contradiction.

So can anyone please elaborate on where to find this GREEN santa? Please no more color-blinds this time on the answers, thanks ;-)

To have green santa you must use water (found in box upstairs)on the blue santa found in 461 cb

(However when I played game this morning 1st time I found a green santa in this cb and not a blue one)
retry game now and found a blue santa in this cb !!

very nice - thanks Tesshi-e!

Thanks for the "report" seb!

I take back the "color-blind"!! It wasn't meant that way, though nonetheless a bit too rude; but really, it wasted a lot of MY time too to have to check out everything again! That's how things like these happen (by getting bored/annoyed.,.)

So again:

There can be either a BLUE or a GREEN santa in the right cupboard!

@seb I think, in theory, TESSHI-e may have changed the game in the meantime, so in order not to make it too simple by inserting this little "tweak" into the game! :)

Anyways, it's always a bit irritating if authors change the game while others play it.

Now I'll be damned. The "time zone demon" has stroke again! Not until now I see that Cyndi's posts predate mine by more than 8 hours!!

Now I know why I get a different game than you "first time players" (or should I say, olympionikes since it really resembles a "who's faster" competition sometimes)

Joys of being on the early side of the world :)

I do sometimes get the blue/green confusion but I hadn't got the water when I placed the santas so it must have been green when I played both times (only did the walkthrough cause I wanted the happy coin:) I didn't use the water either time I played - well I did but not to any useful end. I thought it would give the happy coin clue.

Glad you figured it out Arbeitslooser.

Even more glad to "figure" out I was wrong in criticizing your ability to distinguish colors!

Anyways, I think I will never learn how people always write a '7' with an additional vertical digit (top-left).
I was trying to be smart again (lol) and "digitally added" 5371 to the bits shown by the plate.
This got me a '6334' because if you write the '7' as on our digital clocks, you'd get a '3', not a '9' in 3rd digit.

So this has taught me to always wait until I found a stencil and not jump the gun ;)

(P.S. However, this is TESSHI-e, not Tomatea! Both great game makers; though the latter usually requires (or requirED?) items to be used to solve a puzzle. On this game here, I can even have written down the "combination" for the picture and get it off the wall even though the window is still bolted shut ;P)

how do you get outside?

btw my santa is grey

       Anonymous  12/15/12, 12:52 PM

Usually I find these pretty straightforward but... canoe?? where the heck did you guys find a canoe??

       Anonymous  12/15/12, 1:53 PM

Thank you for the time you spent giving hints and the waikthrough! Smooches!

As always, a great Tesshi-e game! Thank you! I always enjoy these!
