    ReplyDelete
  16. Bell puzzle

Start at the dot. Each time you find a horizontal line, go that direction. Its like a path. So when you go 'down' a line and it goes through a yellow line, thats the bell number to use (1, 2 or 3)

Use the numbers on colored books to trace the numbers.

    ReplyDelete
  49. ah nvm opened it again and there was the card ty

    ReplyDelete
  50. Still not having a lot of luck with the happy coin

Im thinking that because you can take the key card back, that another room number needs to be found to open another rooms box and find it in there.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I have found only a paper with the bell hint. I don't even know where to use it !

    ReplyDelete
  52. where is the clue for 3 digit code in 2nd staff room?

    ReplyDelete
  53. faltu close the second staff rooms door and you will see it

Pascale - read earlier posts and you will be able to use that paper

    ReplyDelete
  54. Same here... Am still looking for the happy coin and am guessing it's in the form of another key card

    ReplyDelete
  55. @faltu
    look behind the door

    ReplyDelete
  56. and there is a hint code behind the door in staff only room

    ReplyDelete
  57. i am out but looking for coin. i see 5252 in elevator but can't figure where to use it

    ReplyDelete
  58. Theres also a green light that shoots out of the elevator but you cant turn around while the doors are open to see where its shining

    ReplyDelete
  59. Hi all,
I'm a little behind, I feel like an idiot not understanding the diamond x bell clue. I assume the diamond is the 7 of diamonds, but I don't know how that's gonna get me a 4 digit number combined with the bells on the counter.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Okay, the code hint behind the reception door is "Flower Bird Sofa." The room has 4 roses in it, 7 birds, and either 3, 5, or 9 sofas. I'm not clear on the sofas, but the others are extremely obvious. Yet none of these codes work. What am I missing?

    ReplyDelete
  61. Jaap there are blue numbers with the bell - when you open the flap there are four blue numbers

    ReplyDelete
  62. @ Jaap
you need to first open the bell flap with the clue paper from the right-side drawer
then see the number inside the flap

    hunting for HC...

    ReplyDelete
  63. By the way, there's a balloon floating above the main entrance. Don't know what to do with it, can't reach it

    ReplyDelete
  64. yes i tried 5252 for the room number but does not work there

    ReplyDelete
  65. 5 ducks right and 2 ducks left but still doesnt work on bells

    ReplyDelete
  66. Jaap you will be able to pop the balloon later in the game

    ReplyDelete
  67. The Happy coin took a bit...lol hint. you need to keep the doors open ;)

    ReplyDelete
  68. I didn't realize that the box of 3 thingies were actually bells !

    ReplyDelete
  69. Hootie - use the bell paper - there have been plenty of hints about it prior

    ReplyDelete
  70. @DanManX

Look closely again at the number of flowers

    ReplyDelete
  71. got that now martin what is the elevator number is it the one on the keycard

    ReplyDelete
  72. TY martin

Goes to show I was def on the right track - didnt even thing of forcing the doors open!

    ReplyDelete
  73. Thank you Martin for the happy coin.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Usually, I'm able to do a couple of things by myself in those Mildescape games, but this one seems especially difficult. Now I have a 4 digits code and I don't find a place to use it (it is not for the large drawer under the shapes).

    ReplyDelete
  75. @martin, Thanks!!!
    Out with HC ^^

    ReplyDelete
  76. Pascale go back and read the previous posts. There are heaps of ideas on what you need to do.

That number you have found (blue) is for later in the game

Megi has already posted about how to open the draw

    ReplyDelete
  77. I'm trying to connect mob, magnet and string, but no succes so far

    ReplyDelete
  78. Jaap - look at magnet, tie on string, then add to mop

    ReplyDelete
  79. @Jaap. Add string to magnet, then to mop.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Tried that. Perhaps I shouldn't try to use the piece of elastic and look for an actual string

    ReplyDelete
  81. Thank you Escapeartist... I found some answers but I'm stuck at each step of the game. I have found a hint with the pencil but there is no frame to remove... The magnetic and the elastic band are useless now... I think that I'm going to wait for a walkthrough, this game is too difficult for me.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Heh, thanks Martin! Well, seems like this blind chicken (me) wasn't able to find that grain on her own this time...:P

Hmmmm. Happy coin-sweets and green tea versus a few drinks at the bar? Why not both? ;-)
Anyway, that was a great game, Tesshi-e. Didn't even expect another one so quickly. I mean, the last one has hardly been out for 2 weeks now.

    ReplyDelete
  83. The pencil clue is used on the four light buttons on the right table - will give you a key

Magnet and elastic band get used later on

    ReplyDelete
  84. I tried doing a walk through in case anyone needs it ^^

  86. Thank you mhtyhr for this excellent wt.

    Nice game, thanks for posting.

    ReplyDelete
  87. The only thing: the number from the "bell" puzzle was 1074 not 1077, but still a great wt!

    ReplyDelete
  88. @Zoe

    Oooops!!
    Thanks for pointing that out.
I don't think I can, or rather, know how to edit the post ...

    ReplyDelete
  89. Thank You for the Walkthrough, @mhtyhr!!!!
    I needed it often! lol

    ReplyDelete
  90. Mhtyhr - Bless you, there were SO many helpful hints but for some reason this game was tougher for me than most, you're walk-through was perfect! Thank you a million times :)

    ReplyDelete
  91. Thank you Megi :D I love Tesshi-e :)

    ReplyDelete
  92. This was really hard. Got a few by myself but mostly totally cheated.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Thanks @mhtyhr! Great WT and I needed it. This was a very tough Tesshi-i.

  95. NOOOOO! But not my pet hate again! To hell with these ghost leg puzzles! Tesshi-e, you were able to do without them sooo many times in the past, could you please do without them in the future, too? ;) Puh-leeze.

BTW, that book puzzle really got me getting totally dense. Despite the fact that dghgbakufu used the "draw a digi-number" technique so many times, this one had me stumped!
Probably because Tesshi-e usually never uses these drawn digi numbers.

    ReplyDelete
  96. oof! normally I don't need help on Tesshi-e games, but this one got me with the books. I also needed help propping the elevator doors open. >.<

Thanks for the help @Megi and @Martin.

    ReplyDelete
  97. First I played the great remake, before I played this one, of course wonderful as always, too.

There's even a WT (EGDAWT rules!). That's what EG24 is about: Even years later after the releasing of a game, you can find help here!

BTW: I miss several people showing up here...

    ReplyDelete
  98. I've been replaying Tesshi-e games - this has to be one of the toughest!
