    ReplyDelete
  35. yeah cool I thought about that, too...the only other thing I could think about is the cabinet with the arrows...don't know...

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  60. Please help, can`t get the key :-(

    ReplyDelete
  61. Heiky, you need to open the cb with the button and then the cb with the cards hint first.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Darn....missed the candle. *blush*

    ReplyDelete
  64. About happy coin: There are spoiler alerts for a reason, party people.

What's going on? Some time ago you complained about not being allowed to use rollover spoilers. Now you just blurt them out openly?!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Semi-walkthrough for rest of the game (excluding what's already been said above)

Grab from window using cut cablecovers
    Get clower key from ball
    Open closet with clower key
    get umbrella
Use 1-8 code from green-light device on safe in closet
get tape and see arrow code
    use arrow code on cabinet
    get hippo
    Assemble car
use car with umbrella behind picture
    left most cabinet is opened

    tape candle to umbrella
    burn string in closet
    use lever in closet

didn't find the happy coin though

    ReplyDelete
  66. Hmm, missed some comments, so please disregard parts of my semi-walkthrough.
    sorry.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Out
the steps for the wine code box is super~~~ annoying

    ReplyDelete
  68. How do you burn the string? i got the candle on the umbrella and clicked and cliked into the tunnel but i cant get the key to drop

    ReplyDelete
  69. Chris you need the lever/handle to get back the car

    ReplyDelete
  70. lottie i know that, but the lever wont move unless i get the key. I thought thats the point of the candle. the key wont drop. but i thought i need to use the candle to make the key drop. UGH.

    ReplyDelete
  71. What?
I managed to use the candle to burn the string first
    then pull the lever
    get the car and key,ok

    ReplyDelete
  72. My candle wont burn the string, thats the problem. Unless i am clicking it wrong for some reason.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Please someone tell me how to get the code for the clubs, diamonds, hearts, spades device!!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Nevermind, i give up. This is the worst mild escape ever.

    ReplyDelete
  75. And where are the metel strips? I'm so useless!!

    ReplyDelete
  76. Chris: Maybe that is a bug, save and replay it ...
Groutyman: The hint for the code is inside the LHS of the cupboard
(you need to put the car in the tunnel behind the picture first)

    Need to offline,bye...

    ReplyDelete
  77. I can't assemble the car. I don't have the metal strips and I can't find them anywhere.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Phew!
Out without help, without & with happy coin. The chemistry between me & the game was just great, so everything was a perfect match!
    :-)
Each time playing Mild Escape, I'm amazed at the newest imaginative devices (Tesshi-e may be the reincarnation of Leonardo Da Vinci...!?)
    ;-)
This time graphics are a bit blurred (Bummer!)...

    ReplyDelete
  79. The code for the clubs, diamonds, hearts, spades device. I have tried 8712 with no luck.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Fantastic game but ... Why did we have to BURN through a string with a candle if we have PLIERS in our inventory? ;)

That escaping person probably was not too much tech savvy I guess...this task could have been accomplished easily by jumping high once and click the pliers in the right moment, and the string would have been history.

But yes, I know, that would be too easy out ;)

    ReplyDelete
  81. tukols careful with the math!

I'll write down the equation in reverse (right to left) to avoid spoiling it for the others:

    2 / (687 - (52 x 083))

    Result is SPOIfoLEurRSPthrOILEreeRSPfiOvILeERSPOseILEvenR

    ReplyDelete
  82. Thanks arbeitslooser. Math is not my force.

    ReplyDelete
  83. A Sunday afternoon Tesshi, that's my day sorted.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Nice game, thanks @GuruOne for the hint for the happy coin!

    ReplyDelete
  85. Can´t find the candle anywhere!

    ReplyDelete
  86. Zoe,
sieve in cb behind screwed door with shapes (square-star-circle)

    ReplyDelete
  87. I too am completely stuck. Fully assembled hippo car in the chute, umbrella with taped candle... lever handle int he lever slot, and I cannot figure out how to burn the string with the key... Anyone? Is it a pixel-hunting issue? A bug?

    ReplyDelete
  88. Argh!!! I now see that the string to burn is inside the closet (not the chute with the hippo car). You have to click UP inside the closet (when you are standing by the safe and lever)... THEN use the umbrella/taped candle combo to burn the string. woohoo!

    ReplyDelete
  89. can't even get game to start. Anyone else? It says fully loaded. Is there something else I have to push to get it to start?

    ReplyDelete
  90. Arrrgh, forgot to save, out without happy coin.

I see no one has posted a walkthrough yet !

    ReplyDelete
  91. On key is new math code for happy coin. spade x club + heart + diamond.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Thanks to the above for your hints and comments. Because of you I am out and free.

  98. Thank you for your WT, Premiere ! I'm stuck anyway, the stupid string won't burn. I've tied the lit candle to the umbrella, but it's useless.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Another great Tesshi game. Thanks col for the hint about the string in the closet. I was also trying to burn it from the slot with the hippo car.

    ReplyDelete
  100. out with no help and with the happy coin. yay!

Tesshi-e games are some of my absolute favorites! <3

    ReplyDelete
  101. Brillant!!! Thanks, Tesshi-e!

These just get better and better, and I love the very peculiar relationship that Tesshi-e and his friend have. He is constantly trapping him/her, but with the glee the trapped person always displays, ot seems to be by mutual consent.

The fantastic little devices that we have to build to escape - this is almost like my real life! =D There's always a way round a probem with the help of a little item or two of junk, haha.

Like you, premiere, I was completely in tune with this game. =) Is it because we've at last got inside the Tesshi-e Head, do you think?

    ReplyDelete
  102. Only help needed was the mysterious unlocking of the cabinet across the room from the key drop. Huh, how was I supposed to connect the two? Excellent game otherwise, some real puzzlers!!

    ReplyDelete
  103. Good game, bad ending. Not vegetarian friendly ending :( Poor caged hens in factory farms :(
